The owner and his staff were all super friendly and the end results at each house were gorgeous. The owner is knowledgeable and experienced; his repair work on these old floors was impressive. We had a water line break in our upstairs bathroom…read more It damaged the bathroom floor, living room ceiling, living room floor and walls beneath the break. Our home insurance used ServePro. They took most of the summer to fix it while we lived in a hotel and did a crap job. They didn't even paint everything like they were supposed to in the living room or stairwell. The floor they put in is already cracked in multiple places throughout the living room and dinning room. The grout in the bathroom floor is coming up. Overall it looks worse after their "fix" than it did before the incident. Again, I wish I could give a lower rating. I HIGHLY recommend you consider another company. We definitely got screwed.
