I feel bad leaving this review, because it's been almost 2 years since it happed, but it was so frustrating I still think about it and the world deserves to know my experience. I took my Chevy in for an A/C system check. I told them I knew there was a leak because I could put refrigerant and the A/C would work for a couple weeks, then stop working. After having my car for a few hours, working on it, they called me back and told me they couldn't find a leak and that they'd recharged my system. I told them I knew that wouldn't work and that I was sure there was a leak and I repeated myself: I could recharge my own system but that it would leak out after 2 - 3 weeks. They insisted there was no leak, so I asked that if the A/C died again in a couple weeks if I could bring it back in as proof. They said yes. So I took my car, the A/C worked for 3 weeks, then died. I took it back in and told them there is definitely a leak. They kept my car for a few hours then they called me back and said there was no leak! I told them I was sure there was a leak, to which she said, "the mechanic checked and there's no fluids on the ground under it". Holy stupid !!! Refrigerant doesn't leak on the ground! It's gas! So I just said, "fine, then will you at least recharge my A/C system?" She said yes. Then she called back and said, "the mechanic doesn't want to recharge the system until the leak is fixed". To which I told her "YOU'VE BEEN TELLING ME THIS WHOLE TIME THAT THERE WAS NO LEAK!!!" She then said, "well we think there's a leak, but we can't find it." Pissed me off!!! So I paid them $200 to check for a leak which I told them was there in the first place, they then told me there was no leak, then when I asked them to recharge my system, only then did they acknowledge a leak! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! read more

No complaints, great service, fast and efficient. My post is way over due but I had a braking problem because of warped rotors and they fixed my vehicle up in a flash. I was so nervous driving before but after it was fixed, it's such a relief, and still doing good. I'm glad they knew what it was right away. The price was good and again great fast service. Tire blew out on our camper van, and our spare had a rip in the side wall from wearing on the rear door mount. Needed a new tire and a new spare. Rolled into town late night and showed up the following morning when these guys opened with fingers crossed. They had the tires we needed and didn't gouge us on the price. They squeezed us in before anyone else and got us back on the road in a half hour. To top it off, the gentleman at the front treated us like long running customers. Friendly, personable and had us laughing. The mechanics were just as great, we talked power tools, car paint, and they came up and chilled with our two dogs. Hell, felt like we were at our local mechanics back home. Thanks so much, you made this hiccup in our trip a much smaller one! read more

The service at this location was absolutely horrifying! When I called in for some questions the front desk lady (Carrie) was so rude and belittled me and made me feel even less confident than I already was. They talked negatively about their competitors to me! I won't return... EVER! read more

Pearson Tire is a great mechanic shop. They are honest, fast, and professional. I was on vacation by Richfield, and they got my truck fixed quickly and inexpensively. The auto technician that did the work was Ross. I called 5 different shops in the area and non of them could do the job without me waiting for over a week, but Pearson Tire got me in the door the next day. read more

My nearly 70 year old mother went into Pearson Tire in May to get new tires on her car. It's July and they already need to be replaced. She went back in and they wouldn't replace tires and wanted to charge her again. She was treated poorly by the staff and the Manager and taken advantage of because of her age and being a woman. My sister was treated the very same way when she went in on behalf of our mom. DO NOT go to Pearson Tire in Richfield Utah! They are crooks and take advantage of people. We took our business to Big O Tires in Richfield and received wonderful customer service. read more

What a freaking joke, I hit something on the highway and had a tire going flat. I pulled in here and the lady at the counter was a complete bitch! She said they couldn't get to it until tomorrow afternoon, I would need to leave it. I explained I don't live in Richfield and I needed to get home, she showed me that her appointment book was clear full and shrugged her shoulders! For a freaking flat repair?? If you can't staff a tire shop for walk in flat repairs you aren't a tire shop! Drove up the street to Big O, they were very busy, 15 minutes later I was on the road!! I usually deal with Ross here. He's an honest mechanic. I say any mechanic who tells you you can easily buy the part from autozone and fix it yourself all while explaining how to do so is worth his weight in gold. He's very helpful, as is most of the pearson tire staff. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle here. read more

On a road trip I had a trailer tire go flat. WalMart wanted $100 per tire. Tractor supply was $160 per. A call to Pearson got me a friendly woman and 4x tires for 250. I roll in and they ask if I'm dropping the trailer off, I explain that I'm on the road and the response is " I'll see if we can work you in, how does 10 minutes sound?" By the time I pulled my trailer around they were ready to start on it. They carry Cooper, Maxxis and several other brands. read more
