Just purchased a home in April of 2021. A Cinch home warranty was provided with the purchase of our home. After calling home warranty to have someone come to check our central air unit, because of no cool air. Sears was recommended for servicing. Great, 100 degree weather the end of July, hottest day of the year. Sears offered a 2 week waiting period , just to have someone come out and look at our unit. I explained and begged to them, That I really needed someone ASAP, as my terminal ill child needed cool air. SEARS WAS AWFUL!! wouldn't budge. I called Pearson's and within an hour John came out and was very professional and informative. Unfortunately our Central air unit took its toll after 19 years. Friend spent a couple grand with these guys. Same week basement floods. They send out a guy who offers to put a snake in the drain (for an additional charge) instead of diagnosing and fixing what they did wrong in the first place. Keeps asking her if she wants to incur the extra charge but never once talks about fixing their own work. Another plumber was called and turns out they just did it wrong, and snaking it would only have put more money in their pocket, but would have done nothing to solve the problem. read more

One of their representatives hates people who own cats. Cats don't attract bugs, cats kill bugs. They tell me spiders are good to have. They do it all! We had a problem with our furnace and were unsure if it was the thermostat or the actual furnace. They made several trips out to our house trying to help us diagnose it until we learned what was wrong. They did an amazing job and didn't charge us for each trip out. They even worked with our HWA. I had my 30 year old water heater in a very small space replaced, service tech came out and looked at the size and brand, had another tech there within the hour with a new water heater and helped removed the old.
