If you're given directions to park between Double J diner and this big white building, just know parking is really between Mating House? Restaurant and this white building. Entrance is the middle doors as stated on the crosswalk. Harder to see the logos unless you really look up high. As soon as you come in either take the slow elevator to floor 2 or just walk up the stairs on the left hand side. Nice and quiet center for testing, The lockers are huge. I was able to put a small backpack and lunch cooler inside. Very easy check in process. The main guy at the front could be a little nicer but dont worry the lady getting you seated is super sweet. Very encouraging and helpful. The bathroom is quick walk down the hall. All testing booths are against the wall which I think allows you to stay focused. The noise cancelling headphones were great! Terrible experience jumping through all their hoops trying to take a simple multiple-choice exam this morning. Took hours to try and resolve an issue that repeatedly sent me to the back of their queue. No clear support or assistance. They have made it difficult to resolve any issues, blame the customers equipment (despite me documenting my connection speed and equipment) and just want to reschedule without resolving an issue that could occur repeatedly. Finally found a chat option that was only partially BOT driven, just repeated the same questions that were previously answered. Conclusion. Another company that has likely made its owners rich, grew too quick, abandoned live assistance and has no regard for the value of your time. read more

Went in to take one of my teacher certification exams. The man at the front counter was very rude. He looked like he didn't want to be there. Which I get I don't always want to be at work. However, you could at least be kind and he was not. He mumbled and gave attitude when I would say the wrong thing because I couldn't understand him. He gave me bad vibes before I even got to the testing room. The only reason why I gave two stars is because the second woman who checks you before you walk in was very nice and almost made up for the experience that happened before. I also want to add I have gone to Pearson places before this one in a different area and have never had a problem taking my sweatshirt off in the room. The man from before walked in and interrupted my test to say I needed to put it on the back of the chair. Overall not a great experience. I happened to leave a substantial chunk of jewelry at their testing site. They suspected it was mine and saved it until my next visit a week later. I thought the staff were ultra friendly, they are also ultra honest and great people. read more

I took a 7 hour exam here in August 2018. The test administrators were very helpful and supportive. The testing room was quiet and noise cancelling headphones were provided and they worked well. The bathroom was not in the test center but was on the same floor and not far. Checking in and out of the test room was a smooth and quick process so I didn't lose testing time. The orientation process at the beginning was informative although I wish they repeated or went through the information a little slower. The lockers to store our belongings were spacious and there were no problems with the keys to the lockers. I commend the test administrators for helping calm my nerves on test day and i had a good experience here. read more

So I decide to take my clinical exam and pearson's systems are down and have been down. I cannot schedule the exam online or by phone because the system is down and has been down for two weeks. There is no known time that this issues will be resolved. I am skeptical about this organization giving me an exam that my professional life hinges on. read more

I went in this morning to take an exam for the CLU (insurance) designation, and was welcomed warmly by the two women who check in all the test-takers. The African American woman who does the final check-in before going into the actual exam room was the most encouraging and comforting stranger I have ever met! And she greeted everyone the same way: confirming the name of your test, telling you that you'll do a great job, not to worry (we are all scared about not passing). I have 7 more of these exams to take before getting my CLU and look forward to going back there! read more
