She ended up going to a Sylvan in another state which is great. They said they would definitely have refunded some of the costs since she was only there once. I could never get a refund or her manual. They charged for online help which she never will use because she is getting everything she needs at the one she currently attends. I am not sure if they just don't have enough business or what.?? But I definitely do not recommend them. My daughter said when she was there there were children being noisy and she couldn't concentrate either. Look somewhere else for tutoring or test prep help, but definitely not a good place to go.
