I think the medium term prospects are good though longer term, many universities are going to be dealing with decreasing numbers of high school graduates leading to loss of enrollment.

I had to sit there holding his hand for 20 minutes while uncaring or unresponsive doctors and nurses decided what to do. The medicine they gave him was not working and finally they gave him something else. The new pain medicine did not work at first and the staff kept assuring me it would take time. After 2 hours of my friend having to count down the seconds before he could push his PCA , I tried pleading again about increasing the dosage. The surgeons were very knowledgeable but treat you like lab rats. They had no bed side manner. There were a few very good nurses and a few horrible ones. Many people will brag about this place and what an asset it is to have in Little Rock. But if you ask them if they have ever been a patient there, most will say no.
