I continued to use them because I was happy with their services but then last weeks EPIC snowstorm hit bursting pipes all over town, and unfortunately the sewage pipe in my house was one of them. My other company was booked out for several weeks with no available eta but said they would call me if something became available. So I started calling around and came upon Bufords number on Yelp. They said like all of the other plumbers in town they were booked out but would have the owner swing by ASAP to assess the situation as if it an easy fix they would try to handle it if time permitted. Josh came out and went over the situation. He came by the next day and evaluated the burst pipe and clogged sewage line without charging me for anything. Unfortunately it was not going to be an easy fix, so he couldn't do it that day but said he would try to schedule me the following week. He suggested calling my other plumbing company back and telling them exactly what the problem was he had diagnosed to see if it would help them be able to schedule me sooner as knowing exactly what the problem was tells them how long it would take them to do the job, and he said he had worked with the other company before and highly recommended them if they could do the work before he could. My other company was able to schedule me a few days later with this knowledge and fixed the issues, but before I could call Buford back to tell them the issue was fixed they called me first to ask if I had resolved the problem and said that they would squeeze me in this week if it hadn't been resolved. So while they didn't actually fix the burst pipe they did drop everything to get out here and diagnose it for free, advised me I was using another great company if they could do the work before they could, and then followed up to make sure it was handled or schedule me in. This following a storm when literally hundreds of houses and business had broken pipes throughout town and they were not lacking for business by any means. Great service and follow through, honest business practices and integrity throughout. I still have my other company which I use, but Buford is now on my saved contacts as my backup should the need ever arise. If you don't have a plumbing company give Buford the business as they will work for it. Thanks guys!

The service guy checked the date on the pump…read morecalled the manufacture and found it was still under warranty and told me I would get paid back for a new one .He ordered the pump in thier name but wanted me to pick it up and leave the old one with the dealer to return . I was told he had this all worked out with the dealer on the phone. I did this and the pump was put in I was told the refund would take at least a month and would come to them and they would pass it on to me . I called in a month and half to check on it they say they know nothing about it and have no record of it. So I am out $1200 that I should have been paid back for the new pump. I guess its my fault for not getting it all in writing but I thought they could be trusted.

I had to leave a message and received a response within an hour. They made it the same day. They were quick to assess and quick to resolve three unrelated issues. I finally found found Advanced plumbing and septic systems. What a blessing. Bruce answered the phone. He informed me of everything he would be inspecting. How the process would work. He was very friendly, informative and patient. He answered all my questions with very thorough answers. For me that meant the world as I had no knowledge of septic systems. He was able to schedule me within a week on a day that I requested. During the inspection Bruce discovered there were a lot of issues. He detailed all of them in a report that I received the next day. Where Bruce went above and beyond was when he called me the night of him doing the inspection and talked me through everything he found. The information was priceless. I had a lot of questions after talking to my realtor and negotiating with the sellers. Bruce walked me through what a whole new system should look like and what it should entail for this home. The call was about 45 minutes long. He did all of this knowing the seller did not want to use him to put in the new system. They wanted someone who was not representing me. I was then able to make sure the company the seller hired were providing an adequate system. It is rare these days to find someone who cares about their craft so much. Who has so much knowledge and experience. Willing to share it to make sure the customer gets everything they pay for. Bruce has been a lifesaver. I am very blessed I found him.
