I was a level 7 which is off white, I brush regularly and also avoid anything sugar or colored on my teeth. I was a level 3 1/2 by the end of the visit. I was late by 4 minutes, but I let her know ahead of time due to traffic hitting. As I understood their late policy and cancelation policy.
