I had an eye irritation but I did not want to go to a walk-in clinic. I needed someone who has the…read moreequipment to look into my eye for foreign materials and scratches. I did not need emergency help. I was able to get an appointment on the same day. The receptionist was quick to tell me it would be $125 for full Eye exam.I thought it was strange because I wasn't there for eye glasses. I went anyway because I needed to see a professional. when I got there the receptionist and office manager were very nice. they asked me to take a seat. I was seen immediately. the office manager was able to figure out that I did not need a full eye exam. I think her name is Lisa. I saw Dr. Warren and she gave me a reading test, used yellow drops to see if I had any eye scratches or damage. Nothing was found except for dryness in one area of one eye. I got eye drops from the doctor and was sent home. The solution to my problem was simple but it was nice knowing that there was nothing inside my eye that could cause me long-term damage. Visit cost me $45 in the end.

I went to this doctor complaining of vision loss on the top part of my eye. I was told my eye was…read morefine. The vision loss continued to move down. Once again I visited the office and was told there was nothing wrong. Knowing obviously that this was not normal, I went to another eye doctor in Barrie and was told the retina had become detached. He sent me to emergency to see the eye specialist on duty. He confirmed my retina had become detached but it was no longer an emergency as it had now gone too far and too long. Had either of the two doctors that I had seen in this office been able to detect a detached retina or offered to refer me to someone who was able, I am told that I would have had a good chance of retaining my 20 20 vision in that eye. After three surgeries, I am left with very poor vision in my left eye. Very disappointed in this office.
