Once again I visited the office and was told there was nothing wrong. Knowing obviously that this was not normal, I went to another eye doctor in Barrie and was told the retina had become detached. He sent me to emergency to see the eye specialist on duty. He confirmed my retina had become detached but it was no longer an emergency as it had now gone too far and too long. Had either of the two doctors that I had seen in this office been able to detect a detached retina or offered to refer me to someone who was able, I am told that I would have had a good chance of retaining my 20 20 vision in that eye. After three surgeries, I am left with very poor vision in my left eye. Very disappointed in this office.

Then when I came on time for my appointment, the woman who was supposed to fit them kept making phone calls, well beyond my appointment time! The counter staff were snippy and very close to rude.
