Then when I came on time for my appointment, the woman who was supposed to fit them kept making phone calls, well beyond my appointment time! The counter staff were snippy and very close to rude. Yes they have name brand but they are 95% all defective and will not last you past a year. They do this because the warranty is up in a year. This is my third pair of frames from pearl vision that have completely fallen apart from nothing but a light cleaning. Considering the price tags you would think you are buying quality but it's all the same crap. Stick to Costco or other places virtually the same frames made from the same plastic.

I headed here to have an eye exam and to replace my old glasses that were being held together by a…read moretwist tie. They have a pretty good location, lots of parking and great hours. Their selection was very impressive -- kids, men's, women's and sunglasses. Their salespeople were very visible, friendly, helpful, but not pushy. I chose my glasses frames and the sales staff helped me chose a pair of prescription sunglasses (certain frames would not work with my prescription). They gave me full information on my lens options and were upfront and honest about prices and what works and what doesn't. They even offered to call my benefits provider to inquire about vision coverage for me. The glasses took about 1.5 weeks to come in and I'm very happy with the results. The optician made sure the glasses fit properly and that I was happy with the glasses. They also told me that if I had any problems that all I had to do was stop in for a free adjustment. Great products, great opticians, great experience overall!
