She barked back, "Well, I have 10 clinics and I need to know which one you want to be transferred to," and proceeded to rapidly rattle off locations - I couldn't understand her or get a word in edgewise. I asked her to "HANG ON!" no less than 5 times - just so I could take the phone away from my ear and look at the address for the location I thought I was calling. She was extremely hostile. At that point I said "You know what? Forget it. Your phone etiquette..." click! She hung up on me! I called back. The phone rang 9 times before she answered. She rattled off her intro and I said "I just want to know your NAME." She said "Excuse me?" I said "Your name. What is your name?" She replied "Brenda at the switchboard." Whoever manages "Brenda at the switchboard" should know she SHOULD NOT be the first point of contact for these office(s). Her phone manner is rude and condescending. I'm sick. I'm looking for a doctor. And my encounter with "Brenda on the switchboard" was not what I needed, but enough for me to look for a different clinic. I was offered an option to save money when ordering multiple bottles that wasn't available when I went to actually order the bottles. Frustrating, but I'll manage. Second, and most frustrating, the receptionist recorded my address incorrectly, resulting in my reorder to be delivered to the wrong house, causing me to miss several days of treatment. After contacting Aspire, they fixed the problem and tried delivery again, but the drops never came because they AGAIN recorded the incorrect address. Now I'm 6 weeks without treatment, no drops, and they refuse to rush deliver or provide in-clinic support due to their continued negligence. Extremely frustrating. I do not recommend working through Aspire. There are other companies that value customer care. It is clear they want to hook you for repeated billing like and disregard any follow up service.

Really makes you feel welcomed. Everyone was so attentive to my 6 year old and did everything to make him feel at ease. Cristina PA was very thorough and provided us a wealth of information about the process and expectations. The nurse was great and did so well talking my son through the testing process. I needed to get the third pfizer covid vaccine does for my 12 month old. The clinic I was…read morepreviously using did not have any openings for a while. I called this clinic and they said they could do his vaccine. I arrived for his appointment and the staff was all very nice and friendly and everything looked very clean. We were moved next door to another waiting room and they asked to see his vaccine card which I provided. They asked me why I was getting a third dose and I said because the Pfizer vaccine for infants is 3 doses. She asked me but who told you that you needed a third dose. I was kind of stumped and responded Pfizer and tx childrens told me...... She said I'll be right back and left with my son's vaccine card. At this point I am extremely unconfutable with having my son vaccinated here as they clearly do not even know the vaccine schedule. If she had not have taken the vaccine card I would have just left. So I waited a bit then she came back and said they don't have the pfizer infant dose. I said I was told that y'all did when I called and scheduled a couple of days ago. She apologized and said that they do not have it. So the whole thing wound up being a waste of time. So while everyone was very nice, there is some communication issues with their scheduling staff as well as some education issues. If they are administering vaccines, they should at least be aware of the vaccine schedule. I did really like that this clinic is smaller and it felt like you got more individualized attention versus other pediatric clinics that always seem overcrowded.
