Josha was incredibly informative throughout the process, and I loved how relaxing the entire experience felt. After the Reve Peel, Josha explained the benefits of different treatments, describing the Viva treatment as more surface-level. However, to improve my skin fundamentally and make it healthier in the long run, he recommended the Venus Microneedling series. I was a bit skeptical at first, but Josha's knowledge, patience, and thorough explanation convinced me to trust him. The Venus Microneedling treatment involved four sessions, spaced about a month apart. After completing the treatments, I saw fantastic results. My skin feels thicker, clearer, and healthier overall. I used to avoid looking at my skin under bright light, but now I feel differently--my skin looks brighter, more even-toned, and much healthier. Even my husband noticed the difference and commented on how much more radiant my skin appears!I can't recommend Josha and SkinLab enough. They've truly transformed my skin, making it look and feel younger and healthier. If you're considering treatments, trust Josha--you won't be disappointed!

After two years, Dr. Yu is STILL my person!…read more I've tried places closer to where I live, including a slightly more invasive procedure to address my under eye trough area. But I always end up making the crazy drive through yucky traffic BACK to Dr. Yu to properly address things. After resolving my concerns with my under eyes, she then transitioned to another treatment for me which was separate from this. But minutes later, she went BACK to my under eyes after noticing something she felt could be enhanced a bit more. Yay! When I asked if the separate treatment could successfully accommodate a tiny adjustment, she was gracious to test it out, and we were successful! When everything was done, she handed me the mirror, I looked, took a sigh of relief and said "Ahh I feel so much better" My review could stop there, but more needs to be said! I noticed that Dr. Yu doesn't bring ego to her office. She brings care, detail, and patience. I will also add that she is conservative in her approach which is a HUGE plus for me. Her office staff is also incredibly professional and I always feel taken care of when I come here. As a woman of color, I especially appreciate feeling heard while having my experiences and input taken seriously. And for two years, Dr. Yu has CONSISTENTLY measured up, while being SO patient, understanding, and detailed with her services. It definitely makes the drive through yucky traffic from over yonder and miles away worth it

The worst facial I have ever received . Don't advertise on Groupon if you have a problem with…read morepeople booking with Groupon . I feel like because you're getting a discount for the service they give you the worst service imaginable . I came in today , and immediately the front desk was trying to have me purchase additional extractions or a different type of facial that is more expensive , she said " you have acne this facial isn't suited for you" I told her kindly I actually don't have acne , I have a dermatologist and yes I do have acne scars but I have not a single active pimple or skin that needed many extractions . She said they would only do extractions on my nose and lips and I said that was perfect for me . They take me to the room and leave the room so I can change out of my shirt . MIND YOU THIS IS A 60 MINUTE FACIAL . I paid for a 60 minute facial which means I expect 60 mins worth of service . It took her 5 minutes to come back to the room . There was no sink for her to wash her hands and I didn't see her put on hand sanitizer . She washed my face and then applied an exfoliator that felt like tree hut scrub . She then left the room for 10 more minutes at this point we have only gotten to exfoliation and she already hasn't been on the room for 15 minutes ..... she comes back and puts this ultrasonic device that is usually used for extractions , she put no pressure and no extractions nor dead skin was taken off . She then gives me the shittiest facial massage . No technique , no pressure , just slathering thick cream on my face this goes on for about 10 minutes and then she slathers a mask on me and leaves for the rest of the appointment . I laid there for 15-20 mins just wondering where she left . Usually during a mask , estheticians will find something to do like a scalp massage or anything really that is providing a service in that downtime . She comes back takes off the mask and this point I'm really upset . I try to walk out the door , and the front desk harassed me about a tip I told her it was the worse facial I have ever received I will definitely not be tipping . Not only am I going to dispute this with my bank but I am absolutely reporting this place to the board of Estheticians. There is no way this lady went though any formal training . You guys should be ashamed of yourselves for this SCAM . You should t have to scam people out of money . Definitely did not receive the service i paid for .

Still My Go-To for Amazing Skin--Highly Recommend!…read more Skin365 remains my absolute favorite place for all things skincare! If you're looking for glowing, smooth skin, you have to try Lisa's dermaplaning treatments--she's the best at removing peach fuzz and exfoliating my skin, leaving it unbelievably soft and refreshed. Since my last visit, I made the switch from Botox to Daxxify, and I couldn't be happier! I was curious to try this newer, longer-lasting wrinkle relaxer, and I love that it's free of human and animal components--kind of like the vegan version of Botox! Best of all, it worked faster between my brows and lasted an impressive 5 months. If you've been thinking about upgrading your skincare routine or trying something new, I highly recommend giving Skin365 a visit! * I will take a picture of the office new time I go and post it.

I feel so blessed to have found someone of Michelle's caliber so close to home. Here are all the things I love: 1. Abundant free parking - a big plus in the South Bay 2. Sole proprietor- you're not quickly ushered through a large spa. It's just Michelle and she takes the time to do what is needed for your skin 3. The bed/table - OMG! So relaxing! I never thought the bed/table mattered to me, but her's is top of the line. 4. Quality - the best facial in town! Michelle uses top of the line products (I'm now a huge fan of Skinceuticals and Naturopathica and use some of them at home). She spends the time on my skin as needed. And the mini upper back massage is amazing! 5. Product Recommendations - while Michelle uses great products, I really like that she doesn't push them on me and often recommends cheaper products I can find at Target for a couple bucks. 6. Price - I feel that Michelle is fairly priced and I get great value for my money. 7. Spray tans - I've only been getting the occasional spray tan the last few years and previously went somewhere else. Not only are Michelle's organic and safe, but they last over a week and often two weeks. She makes my German/Irish splotchy skin look natural and tan! The only negative is that Michelle can get really busy. I was reluctant to put out a glowing review as those appointments may be harder to get. I always book my next appointment when I leave, so I don't usually have a problem. But she's not the kind of place where you can call and expect to get in the next day (although she does sometimes have cancellations).
