Nikki is super-reliable, always on time for pickups, extraordinarily friendly, and I swear Pocket would stay with her all the time if she could (woe is me but that's the breaks). Pocket has a habit of getting in other dogs faces, regardless of size, in a desperate attempt to make out with them. This can be dangerous with some dogs and Nikki has done an excellent job of working with her to curb the behavior. She also taught her recall which Pocket is a champ at, as a result. Nikki's normal pickup time for me was 10am and starting around 0930 EVERY MORNING my dog would just sit and wait in eager anticipation for Nikki's arrival. And then promptly go absolutely bananas when Nikki arrived. I would trust Nikki 100% with any dog. She clearly loves them and cares for them immensely.

We felt incredibly lucky when we met Nikki. Within a week of starting walks with her, he was waiting at the door to head out at pick-up time. She does an amazing job of not only making the dogs feel comfortable but us as the owners too. It provided great peace of mind, especially starting out, that she always had a few minutes to chat about how things were going and would text photos of walks from that day. And not to forget the best part, sometimes you get surprised with these hilarious dress-up photos like when she gave our little guy a neck warmer or dressed him up like a Viking on Halloween! Nikki is honestly awesome and if you want great care and amazing daily walks for your dog, I'd highly recommend Wigwag Club!

I have also been there and seen other customers come to pick up their furry love ones and leave satisfied. Inside the animals seem to have lots of toys and places to explore or a quiet place for the shy customers. Current parking is ok, hit or miss but right across the street is a church that always has an empty parking lot. Been bringing my senior Shih Tzu Louis to Krissy for grooming at Lexi Dog for almost 7 years now…read moresince moving to OR. He is not easy to manage because he generally doesn't like being handled and can be very grumpy and squirms to avoid being worked on. Especially his feet! Krissy has made great efforts to form a wonderful relationship with him and he's very calm and happy in her presence. He actually trots in there wagging his tail. That never happens anywhere else. I'm so thankful to have found a caring, responsible and talented groomer. Krissy embraces each client with a great deal of care. She genuinely loves dogs. It shows. He always looks adorable. We vary his cut and the length of his coat depending on the season. He enjoys a short shaved cut in the summer and more of a fuller coat in the colder winter months. He's almost 14 now and he has a fair number of growths and lipomas. She's always super careful to make sure that he is comfortable and knows all his challenging spots. I can't imagine taking him anywhere else. I'm very thankful to have found Krissy.

Unlike many other doggie daycares, Howliday Inn does not have the option to log into a webcam livestream to check on your dog. Furthermore, when you drop off and pickup your dog you never even see the environment where the dog stays. You wait in the lobby while they go behind closed doors and get your dog. I always thought that was a bit strange but I didn't see any other red flags. Well, this time I got a text from my son informing me that he had to go get Izzy. He got a phone call and they told him Izzy got in a fight with another dog and had to leave. This was shocking, as Izzy had never been in a fight or hurt another dog or person in her entire life. My son told me the other dog had to be taken to the vet, and Dylan, (the owner of Howliday Inn) wanted to speak to me in person after I returned from Japan to explain everything. I was shocked that they kicked Izzy out while I was on the other side of the planet, but I planned to deal with it after my trip. The next day I received an emailed invoice that simply said "Hi David, please find your latest attached invoice. Thanks, Dylan (Owner)" The invoice included $542 for veterinary care. Since my son had told me Dylan wanted to explain everything when I got back, I ignored the invoice. 2 days later (while he knew I was still in Japan) he reached out again by email to request immediate payment, and this time offered some details. According to him, the other dog was pawing at Izzy trying to get her to play and she didn't like it. She snapped at him, he snapped back, and Izzy then pinned him against a wall which resulted in "a small puncture wound" above his eye. Normally you don't got to the vet and get stitches for "a small puncture wound" but that's what they decided to do. Since my dog had NEVER been in a fight before, I have serious doubts about his account. I wonder if the dogs were even supervised. For all I know they found the other dog with an injury and picked someone to blame it on. I asked if they had video of the incident and of course the answer was no. While other facilities are so transparent they allow owners to log into a livestream, this place is so secretive you don't even get to see your dog's environment when you drop off or pick up. And they don't even have cameras to record in case an incident occurs. And if God forbid your dog does run afoul with them somehow while you are traveling they will call your emergency contact and tell them to come get your dog! Also, they forgot to give my dog's food to my son when he left his job to get her. This necessitated a return trip by my brother in law to get her food. The staff member he spoke with at that time told a very different story than the one I got from Dylan. That staff member said it was a "freak thing" that happened as Izzy and the other dog were trying to fit through a small passageway at the same time. Dylan has informed me that Izzy is no longer welcome at Howliday Inn and that's just fine with me because after this experience, I would never trust them again.

Our dog was bitten and injured by another dog while at 3 Dogs' day care in late October 2023. 3…read moreDogs' actions over the past several weeks show that this is not a responsible, caring, or safe facility. I encourage you to keep our experience in mind when you choose a dog day care. 1. 3 Dogs did not reach out to check on our dog or see how she was doing. They knew that our dog had puncture wounds, needed an same-day urgent care vet visit, sedation for the puncture wounds to be flushed and treated, three prescriptions, follow up visits, constant monitoring, etc. We finally reached out to them after 2 weeks of not hearing from them. 2. When we reached out to them to ask about their procedures when a dog is injured while in their care, they seemed to have no procedures. No incident report was made. There was no surveillance video of the scuffle / bite. The staff member that I talked to on the phone was not aware of the incident until I contacted 3 Dogs. 3. When we asked what happened with the dog that bit our dog, they said that nothing happened - the other dog did not go home early, there was no change to the dog's schedule (until weeks later when we requested it), and we learned later that the other dog's owner was not EVEN INFORMED THAT SHE BIT OUR DOG. 4. 3 Dogs has changed their story over and over. As of our last email with them today, they are now blaming our dog for being bitten. Our dog and the other dog do NOT know each other beyond living in the same neighborhood; they have never had an incident outside of 3 Dogs. However, 3 Dogs keeps repeating this story that the two dogs "have a history" and "know each other" and that was a contributing factor, instead of taking a speck of responsibility for the dog injury happening at their facility when our dog was under their care. After being customers since 2020 or 2021, we will never go back. I encourage you to go elsewhere, too.

A couple of years ago I had an appointment and brought my dog in and the attendant said "I can't do it without help and I'm the only one here." Shortly after, another employee walked in with their off-leash dog which ran up to my nervous, on-leash dog and cornered it. They did nothing about this but watch. Didn't even try to call the dog away. Then still said they couldn't do it even though they clearly had help now. Thought I'd try them again and explained what had happened last time with someone very understanding on the phone. They said we'll make sure there's enough help and to schedule at a time when it'd be low traffic in the shop. Today I show up for my appointment and nobody is here at all. Not answering my phone calls or their ring door bell. We waited around for 30 mins and nothing. Pretty bad experience all around. UPDATE: The still haven't even responded to my voicemails I left 3 days ago. Waste of time.
