They handled an accident claim in which one of the two cars I had insured through them was totaled…read more Instead of removing the destroyed car from my policy, the removed my other car., leaving me uninsured. When I received notification of the lapse in coverage from DMV, which informed us that the insurance company had to make the change via their DMV portal, we notified the agency. They replied that the issue had been resolved. It wasn't, because I then received a notification of suspension from DMV. Mistakes happen, but the mistake, together with their failure to correct it while telling us they had, and their utter lack of accountability, lead to my opinion that the only improvement would be to close. My rating would be 0 stars if that was an option.
