Love this little coffee joint at Canary Wharf…read more I'd be honest, as an Aussie I find it ridiculously hard to get a half decent coffee in this country. Think it's not that people can't make good coffee, but more people just have not been exposed to good coffee culture and assume what you get at those Cosbla, Starbla or Pretbla is 'coffee'... Well sorry, it's not! A good coffee, without going into taste, crema, acidity etc, since they are all just too subjective, relies on just a few simple things: - the beans - fresh - the roast - sufficient - the grounds - right fresh & right grind - the water - temp and quality Notes does every one of these list consistently without fail! The grinds/beans are fresh, and the tempering and making is just right. A lovely layer of crema kicks starts a good day! (Sadly it cost!) Certainly worth a try! There's a few shops around town, if you do care about your coffee, here's once place worth trying! (I am NOT saying it's the best in the world, I know a few other great places too - happened to all be owned by Aussies and Kiwis - but this one is one of the best near Canary Whatf) Enjoy a cuppa!

Little cute coffee shop inside Canary Wharf underground station. No tables or seats, it is mainly…read moretake away coffee and pastries. Coffee is so amazing! It would say one of the best in Canary Wharf so far. If you live or work in the area, forget about Starbucks or Costa (lots of them around!). This place it so worth it. Staff is quite friendly and funny. They're always in such a good mood! They also had a loyalty card quite useful if you are a regular. They always seem to remember your face, which is a nice thing. They have a small selection of pastries and porridge in the morning and some sandwiches around lunchtime. You can also buy coffee to take home. They are really good giving advise about it, just in case you're not an expert! Tiny place but good quality. Average price. Try it! I am a fan already!

Generally, these smoothie places popping up everywhere really get on my nerves. It's like…read moreeverywhere you go somebody wants to mash up some strawberries and charge you £6 to put a few of them in a plastic cup. And to be honest, I don't really believe in all the nonsense, y'know, where they throw in a few leaves or whatever the hell it is and tell you that it's got like 50 types of b-vitamin and a whole energy combo blah blah. Like whatever, go away. However, as much as this makes me disgruntled... I LOVE Crussh!. They completely rock the Disco. If you don't think they rock, then do this. Go to a Crussh store and order a GOOD MORNING SMOOTHIE. This'll be the best thing you do all day. In fact, I did it with a friend once and we loved it so much that we had three of them. Which is a very bad idea for your stomach, I do not recommend it. But anyways, I'm not concerned about the health benefits of these drinks; and I do think the place is pricy... however, some of these smoothies taste astonisingly good. So much so that I've tried going to other smoothie shops but they tend to suck and taste not much different from my awful homemade smoothies. But Crussh get it right; and I am always open to being ripped off in the name of a good tasting Crush smoothie. Go do it, go to it right now - get a good morning smoothie. Actually, not right now, it's nearly midnight. But maybe tomorrow...

They lured me in with a voucher, a voucher that gives you a free medium smoothie of your choice if…read moreyou buy a salad, sandwich or soup. I confess, I was sceptical of their "healthy" image... who wants a wheat grass shot, seriously?! Anyhooo, I tried, I loved, and I go there for lunch all the time. The food is actually pretty reasonably priced, I love the smoothies and the little pots of salad, which are about £2.00, but surprisingly filling and very very tasty. Soups as well, are pretty good and the staff are really nice.

A fairly large branch of Starbucks located in Jubilee Place in the Canary Wharf area of London, it…read morestill seemed rather busy and in more need of seating, with the seating mainly consisting of communal or small tables. I'm not sure if this is or isn't a franchise store, on one hand, they support mobile order and pay and Starbucks card, but the other they charge more than regular stores which I found to be strange, with my friend's Large Latte costing 25p more and my Venti Vanilla Cold Brew latte costing 15p more, which was between around 5 and 9% increase. They did have a large range of merch and food, which I liked and the store did stand out, look good and appear to be pretty modern. I also like the fact they work with disability charities and promote deaf people in the workplace, encouraging customers to be patient with them with a sign at the check-outs. My drink was originally made incorrect, they ended up making it as a regular Cold Brew despite the barista admitting his mistake that he'd read it wrong, he did remake it but I notice he did go to use the tap first, which shouldn't be used if it's a Cold brew latte (the tap is weaker than the jugs), he also appeared to put water in first anyway which seemed to dilute the vanilla syrup to the point I could barely taste vanilla in my beverage. A lack of milk and vanilla meant the bottom third of my drink just tasted rancid and woeful. This Starbucks store looks good and is in a good location, with the convenience of being able to order in advance and pay on your phone, the staff seemed friendly but the beverage quality just isn't that satisfactory throughout the beverage. 2*

When i got my drink it felt as if i was drinking a Oat Milk Slush. Hardly any Strawberry Sauce in it. I also purchased a Caramel Frappuccino for my sister and it did not taste like caramel at all.
