I had one wisdom tooth, of several impacted teeth, that was dangerously close to the nerve in the jaw and Dr. Morrison is a specialist with these sorts of problems. The office is clean, friendly, and comfortable. Dr. Morrison is very kind and funny and really made me feel comfortable about the whole situation. The day of the surgery - I didn't even know when they knocked me out. They put an IV in my arm, I was carrying on a conversation with them, they put an oxygen mask over my face, and poof - that's the last thing I remember. Post surgery, I hardly had any swelling and the meds they gave me just knocked me out for the rest of the day. The healing process was easy and i was never uncomfortable. I would recommend them to anyone who wants an eezy, breezy, beautiful wisdom teeth surgery.

Thankfully, Dr. Cassidy took my concerns very seriously and got me through the surgery with absolutely no noticeable stress to my jaw. The entire staff here was very knowledgeable and professional. All of my appointments ran on time. Though Dr. Cassidy and his associate run three separate offices in the area, this did not impact his availability. You can schedule your surgery in a different location from your consult if it works into your schedule better. Dr. Cassidy even called me to see how I was doing the evening after my surgery. Dr. Cassidy was strongly recommended for my mother's tooth extraction by our dentist (who we trust implicitly) but seemed irritated or impatient with my mom's ALZ and anxiety. I understand that those behaviors are challenging and upsetting for some people but it has me in tears thinking of his interaction with her at the consult and on the day of the extraction. He was cold, brusque, and talked over the top of my mother as she was speaking. One of my mother's behaviors is repeating herself or asking the same question again and again. This was not received well by the doctor, and his tone made that clear. When he showed this behavior at the consult, I chalked it up to a busy or not great day for him. To see it again yesterday was heartbreaking. I wish more than ever that I could have been permitted to be with her during the procedure. How did he behave with her when I wasn't in the room? The staff were all extremely kind and pleasant, including a word of compassion from the staff member who wheeled my mom to the car. I felt compelled to share my impressions and perception of our family's experience.

We rush up there and wait. 2- Dr Spencer was very nice and said he would call that night to see how things were going. He never called. 3- They were supposed to have called Kroger for pain meds. Went to pick them up the next day. They were never called in. We called doctors office and they were supposed to call Kroger for meds and call us back. They never did either. To sum up, the surgery was fine but details and follow up weren't handled well at all.

Horrible experience at the Madeira location trying to have my impacted wisdom teeth removed. I have…read moresevere dental anxiety so the dentist is the last place I want to be already but usually the staff tries to help with that, this one not so much. They require you to sign forms up front saying you will pay in full if insurance doesn't pay. I told them that I could not do that. I could make payments on what insurance doesn't cover but there is no way I could pay in full. They made it clear if I didn't sign then they would not treat me. So you want me to lie, basically? So I said I would provisionally sign the form but that wasn't good enough. I signed the form and sat back down to wait because I had already taken time off work and drove all the way there on $5/gallon gas and my teeth still hurt. Then I could hear the office staff talking about me through their little glass window. I am hearing impaired and I could still hear them. When I finally got called back 45 mins after my appointment time, I realized there was no point paying $160 for a consult when they already lost my trust and I was not going to let them do surgery on me. They made it clear they were in it for the money only and not to help people. I can't say anything about the dentist because I never met him but his name is on the door and that is how his practice is run so I take it he has the same attitude. I left before I could even sit in the chair and went back to work. Don't let them lie to you and tell you that is normal. I already had a free consult with a oral surgeon, who took X-rays and then told me he did not have the skill necessary to help me so they didn't charge me and he wrote me a prescription for the infected tooth so it would stop hurting so much. The difference between someone who actually cares and a place that puts money over your welfare is too great to ignore. Now I have to go find another oral surgeon that takes my insurance, my recommendation is that if you thinking about going here, you should do the same.

I needed an extraction of a molar that had previously had a root canal. Dr Krishnan did a through exam and explained his recommended course of action giving me plenty of opportunity to ask questions and provide my own input. I saw a different oral surgeon (at another practice) before Dr Krishnan and appreciated that Dr Krishnan involved me in the plan (a major weakness at some practices). Sedation was well prepped and seamless. Carla, my nurse, did a fantastic job reviewing the process and getting me ready for the procedure. All I remember after that point was Dr Krishnan starting sedation. I remember Amy, the assistant, setting things up and she was also very friendly. Amy wheeled me out to my sister's car after the procedure. I took ibuprofen as prescribed and had very little pain after the procedure. Overall, my experience at this office was excellent. I would definitely recommend this practice.

I was allowed to schedule an appointment months out only to have my referral rejected after being told it was sufficient at the time of scheduling. Due poor record keeping at scheduling my phone number was recorded incorrectly and they failed to contact me, and would not allow me to reschedule until the referral is rescheduled and processed (another 10 days to process). Glad I'll be put on another two months wait list when I go to schedule with no sympathy for being told incorrectly about referrals, having taken my number incorrectly, or the urgency of my case with infection and recurrent pain from impacted teeth (I called multiple times to try and get my appointment bumped up). At the time of my initial appointment I hadn't been to the dentist in about 10 years (I know, shame on me) so I was a little nervous going on. I had this fear that I'd be shamed or judged and be made to look careless about my oral hygiene. I experienced none of that. My appointment started with an initial consultation with Dr. Gay that included my background, my goals, his goals for me and a general plan of action. It proceeded on to x-rays etc with another discussion about the status of my mouth. From there Dr. Gay laid out my exact issues with both teeth and gums, and the steps we would take, while making sure to treat me without blowing through my insurance limits. He made sure to convey to me the importance of treating the issues with my oral health in a way that wasn't condescending or judgemental. He seems like he truly cares about getting his patients back to great health (he mentions often how he feels bad when people say they hate going to the dentist). The office staff from the hygienists to the reception team is fantastic. The location is prime (great views of the city). And the entire process has been painless ;) I'm glad I did a little research to find Dr. Gay and his team because it's given me a new found appreciation for the treatment of my teeth and gums and I can thank Dr. Gay for it.

About how, after any kind of dental surgery, he calls you personally in the evening to see how you're faring and to find out if there's any problems he can address. The 2 dentists are very different. Peters is funny, silly, and always takes the time to ask how my work is going. He really gets a kick out of telling stupid dentist jokes. Lenz is more soft spoken and never chastises me too bad for not flossing enough. The practice even had late hours one day a week (Tuesdays until 7pm I think) and opens as early as 7am on some days... Certainly makes it easier to work around a work schedule! Looking for a dentist on the west side... I definitely recommend this practice.

They play soft background music throughout the place, usually 94.9 or 98.5 kinda stuff. The waiting area is stocked with good magazines and a TV. I usually do not have to wait that long either, which must mean they run on time, a rarity in healthcare. Parking lot is great. The place is ironically adjacent to a mini strip mall with a Subway, bank, a meat market, and a gelato cafe. I recommend you visit the last place, just not right after you have your teeth cleaned; wouldn't want to ruin them so soon, right?

They do schedule quite a ways in advance ... I believe we booked his June procedure back in early April. I also believe your dentist has to refer you here, so do keep that in mind as you're doing your research. Getting to the actual office was quick and simple ... they're located right near CVG. The parking lot is spacious, and the waiting area is clean and comfortable. My fiancé was scheduled for an 8:30 a.m. procedure, and they took him back right away. Since getting your wisdom teeth out requires anesthesia, they require your driver to wait on the premises for the entire surgery. They allow you to wait in the lobby, or in your car. They've obviously put time and effort into making the lobby someplace you wouldn't mind waiting ... they even provide free WiFi! I was under the impression that I would be there for two hours ... but Dr. Pagnotto had him in and out of surgery in 45 minutes! Everyone was so kind and helpful, and the medication/pain literature they provided us with after the procedure was very detailed. If either of us ever needed oral surgery again, this is definitely where we'd prefer to go.
