The Coaching was top-tier, as Anita (hopefully that's correct) gave me great tips that greatly improved my performance. She was also disciplined in demonstrating every movement and point of performance. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and introduced themselves to me. The owner also introduced herself to me, and you can tell she works hard to make a great environment. The gym was very clean and well-organized. Programming was also great!

Amateur bikers find can find something here but this for the serious above-average bicycle peeps out there! The staff here have always been very friendly and accommodating to our ignorance. The prices have always been fair and they don't seem to be "charge" happy, meaning to charge you for every little maintenance thingy! For example, we recently bought a pair of new tires and did some basic maintenance but about a couple of months later, one of the tires was losing air and so I took it back and they immediately replaced & fixed it without charging me anything and since I did not have a receipt, took my word! I wish more businesses understood the rare principle of not to being "penny smart & a dollar stupid!" A simple act like that has won me and my family over for more business! I don't think the folks here knew I was watching their customer service and efficiency! This experience is worth avoiding the big box stores and cone here Remember you always get what you pay for!
