I went to Peak due to a torn gluteus minimus muscle and spondylosis in my lower back. I was in measurable pain, discomfort and suffered from limited movement. I was so incredibly lucky to find Ken and Cam, who went out of their way to put together an action plan to "fix" a pretty dire situation and avoid surgery if at all possible. After just a month, I had substantial improvement and was able to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Cam and Ken made sure to see how I was feeling, pushed me to have a positive outlook and would intently listen to every complaint, fear, new pain and lift me up when I would get discouraged. Their consistent cheerful attitudes and jokester personalities made physical therapy something to look forward to. After 4 months they were like family. I was able to be discharged with home exercises and I actually miss seeing them every week! read more

I don't know how there are so many good reviews about Peak therapy. It's like an entertainment circus when you go in there people are shooting Nerf guns around and joking and smoking and nothing gets done because there's so much going on. You can't even concentrate. The atmosphere is less than professional, I went in there cause I have major back pain from a surgery that it's gone wrong and I don't wanna have another surgery and I'm trying to get some help with that and have been there for five visits and have gone backwards in my care. This place should not be allowed to have so many patients per PT because there's no individual care you don't get the programs that you really need. They don't tell you if you're doing your exercise correctly because they're off helping the other person. They just set a timer and walk away. It is amazing their system and it's loud and obnoxious in there and people that are in pain Don't normally think that's a cool thing. Anyway, I would not recommend this place to anyone who's serious about getting some good therapy. read more

I've been to other physical therapist. Hands down this is the best I've ever experienced. They are friendly group of people. This is my second time having to do therapy once fit a torn meniscus. Now a total knee. They push you and it sucks but you will get the results that the doctors and you will be pleased with. Initial consultation went fine. They scheduled me for therapy appointments that were outside of their normal business hours, but did fall under the "or by appointment" as noted on the front of the business. They failed to show up for my first appointment despite having sent me a reminder the day before. They cancelled what was supposed to be my second appointment. They once again failed to show up for what should have been my 3rd appointment, after sending me a reminder the day before. At this point, I stopped trying to go since they appeared to have no interest in helping me. Then 2 weeks later I got a bill for my initial consultation. I'm honestly shocked this place gets so many positive reviews. I went here 7 times after a double Achilles rupture. in those 7 appointments i made zero progress, in fact appointments 6 and 7 i started to develop a rash on my leg at the surgical incision site, 3 days after my last appointment i was put in the hospital for 10 days due to a severe staph infection in my leg. All the medical providers I saw were in disbelief that I had been going to PT and the therapist didn't recognize the signs of the rash an immediately send me to the ER a week prior. The first 5 appointments were a mixed bad of Ken and Cam shooting each other with Nerf Guns, or Ken being so glued to the TV watching parks and Rec he would lose track of time. I've tried contacting the corporate 7... yes 7 times to discuss my experience and the subsequent bills they would like me to pay. I have never received a call back, despite asking every time. I have even called other Peak offices to see if they can help me contact a regional person to no avail. If you are in need a serious rehab avoid this place at all costs, completely unprofessional in every sense of the word. read more

I went there for my shoulder they really did OK with that, but I also tore my hamstring they didn't properly treat me for that, I went there for months and months and my hamstring wasn't getting any better One of the therapist would go off on a political rant and he would massage my shoulder for like a long time and I'm thinking that's not getting my hamstring any better... The other one has his favorite patients and he was very arrogant. I went there when Chip first opened it and it was awesome but like 20 years later not so much. I went to another therapist in town and they did the scraping method and I am so much better now... thanks so much Lee physical therapy Peak should've broke up that scar tissue way before now they caused me so much pain not getting on that earlier... when my hip Hurt so much they were switch to my shoulder and my shoulder was fine I will never go back to them again read more
