Since we have 4 children and recently bought our first home, we wanted to ensure that our assets were divided appropriately and that our minor children would be raised by the person(s) of our choice in the event of our mutual deaths. Brian met with us, was able to answer all of our questions and provided excellent advice, and after a few drafts, produced a final version that covered all of our concerns (including how to ensure that the ex-spouses did not receive any money from our estate). Brian is knowledgeable, thorough and very responsive. We were exceedingly satisfied with our experience with him, and highly recommend him to anyone that is in need of estate planning.
