This has happened twice prior in my 6.5 years of bringing my children to this practice but I never EVER would have thought they would put a bill above my children's well being, especially one that was in THEIR ERROR. No, but what healthcare provider in this day and age is? Sometimes there's a little bit of wait to be seen, but that doesn't matter to me because whenever there's been an emergency my kids are always seen immediately and in non-emergent situations, by the time my kids are seen, the doctors always spend quality time with them. The only reason they aren't a perfect 5 stars is because there often is a wait if you don't schedule your appointment first thing in the day, but if I could give a half star I would. These doctors and nurses care about their patients and families and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Our family has grown with this practice, from nervous first time parents to older kids with crazy allergies and I've never felt like our kids' health and well being wasn't the physicians' top priority. Now I'm off to give them a call to deal with season allergy issues :)

My daughter was due in for a physical and the office waited until midday the day before her appointment to inform me of an insurance issue. They were not clear about the issue that needed to be fixed which resulted to the pediatrician office calling me back 3x and me calling the insurance company 4x to try and get the issue resolved. Despite the issue, I was clearly told that it wouldn't prevent my daughter from being seen. Come the day of the appointment, the issue wasn't fixed, despite my efforts - due to the fact of the miscommunication on the part of the receptionists. I was being asked for things from the pediatrician that my insurance didn't offer. Side note - I was 5 mins late to the appointment (my fault, I had to pull my out of school) and they told me my daughter wouldn't be able to be seen, because the issurance issue wasnt fixed (even though I was told it wouldn't be an issue). When I brought up that I was told otherwise, they switched it and blamed it on the fact that I was 5 mins late. They offered to put my daughter on a waiting list to be seen 2 month later at the earliest. I'm not one to leave negative reviews but this caused A LOT of frustration due to the awful communication at the desk. I'm here trying to spare another parent the same frustration - find a different office.

When she is there, she's running an hour behind and her service is subpar. Always will refer you to a specialist since she is so limited in her knowledge. When our older son was a baby, she made us go to the ER with him and he was perfectly healthy. Biggest mistake of our life. Worst doctor's office I've ever been to. Most of the nurses (with the exception of Michelle) are cold and miserable. Not sure why they work in a pediatrician's office if they don't even like kids?!? Worth the drive to go elsewhere!

Drs are hit and miss as some are either inexperienced and NOVICE or do not listen or are paying attention. We left after a Dr was not listening to us, made what we felt was a personal comment that was outside of their job description and lacked professionalism after our feedback. Going a reputable MD program and residency means nothing if you lack decency and communication skills. They did have a 24hr nurse line which was not bad, but everything else was lacking.

They show deep care towards patients, and the lady who first walks in to record everything is super sweet. She's a pro at administering needles, didn't even feel a thing. From what I've seen at this location, they offer general primary care, and dermatology. Not sure why there have been so many negative reviews, but from my previous visits, it's been an enjoyable experience. The building is super clean and new, and they show care for the property and for their staff.

Can never get an appointment at this location even though child has been going there for seven…read moreyears. After hours my son had a bad ankle. I took him to an urgent care to be reviewed and an x-ray and blood work done. When I called the office to have a conversation with his actual pediatrician, I was told that this doctor would be pissed that I had gone somewhere else. I explained That if and when a child is sick mother is always going to do the best that they can to take care of them. Seeing it was after hours I did what was right for my child and not what was convenient for this office. Cannot believe I was spoken to in the tone in which I was spoken to along with the verbiage that was used.
