While in the store I called my office and was advised that payment was mailed. Monday I returned to Haney Builders Supplies and again asked to speak to their accounting department and this time was told they were busy and they would contact me, once again I left my business card. 3 days has passed, I returned to Haney Builders Supplies, asked to speak to their accounting department, as this matter needed to be cleared up, and again, I was told by the counter staff that their accountant was busy and they would contact me. Frustrated, I told them I wanted to close my account. Again, 3 days later, I returned to Haney Builders Supplies and asked to speak to their accountant and the staff at the service desk called the accounting department, again, I was told they were busy and would contact me as soon as possible. Next day I received an email from their Credit Manager saying "per your request we have closed your account for Active Auction Mart. We noticed swelling of the panels by the sinks and damage. It became apparent they used partial board. After several conversations with them and no accountability on their part ( it was our fault because we obviously spilled lots of water) we were told the " Shaker" style door panels cannot be done with plywood and they can replace them at our own cost using the same material. The communication was very poor and negligent. The owner responded to my feedback on their website in a very defensive manner. We found another cabinet company, Allstyle Cabinets, who made us new doors from Plywood. They match exactly and we are now confident in the quality.

I had always heard the nightmare stories of other people's Reno experiences so at the end of ours we were so grateful . Paulette gave us confidence every step of the process. She is so competent and has an eye for design and placement . The fellow, Chris, who did the entire installation of cabinets and drawers was awesome ! Again so professional and the attention to detail and skill involved is overwhelming. This company is local and Canadian which also feels good . They are realistic and accurate in their timeframe which was do appreciated. All in all we were 100% satisfied and highly recommend Pacific Rim Cabinets in Delta.
