Shilee (sp?) began trimming my hair on the right side and I was panicking bc it was obvious she'd already trimmed way too much off. When she came to the left side of my hair, she called the owner over (I assume Addie Mae) and said she couldn't trim the left side as she is left handed!! I'm thinking WTH??!!! Why are you even here?? Do you even have a license? How can you, if you can't cut BOTH sides of someone's hair? Addie Mae came over, never attempted to explain or engage in ANY kind of discussion about what was going on, never even apologized when I pointed out that her employee had completely cut off waaaay more then I'd requested. I had no choice but to let her TRY to even up the other side but was holding back my tears of frustration and disappointment. The icing on the cake was when I pointed out it was considerably uneven framing my face and she INSISTED it was not. I'm now left with a "cut" that has absolutely no styling, just hair that looks like a "Dutch boy" bob which I ABSOLUTELY abhor and had even mentioned to Shilee how much I hated that look before she'd even taken scissors in hand. I've never experienced such unprofessional, dismissive and uncaring service from a hair salon in my life. Her only suggestion was I let her layer up the back much shorter to give it some semblance of style. No way was I willing to let either one of them hack off anymore of my hair! I wish I'd never set foot in her salon. Worst experience in a hair salon ever!! Side note: I wished I'd have seen a "not recommended " review earlier.
