But since they moved to the new location at flea land, the service has gone downhill. I went in for a rook piercing that I've been wanting to get for over a year but hadn't due to a busy schedule. When I got there, no staff were present at the counter and I waited for 20 minutes before someone finally came out to start paperwork for my piercing. By then a long line had formed and the piercer was too rushed to fully pay attention to what she was doing. I ended up with a daith piercing when I'd asked for a rook and wasted my money on a piercing I didn't want instead of what I'd come there for.
