Everything tasted pretty damn good, honestly. I thought the spicy beef could have been a little spicier and next time, I'll ask for salsa verde on my burrito instead of on the side. Beer is 4 bucks. The people inside seemed like new hires. There was one friendly guy instructing them on minor things. He did a good job keeping everything moving smoothly. New hires were catching on well. I like that there is a patio for those "day burrito" vibes, if you know what I mean. ;) I just told my friend about it and he said, "No way! I thought it was only ice cream. That sounds badass. Nothing like supporting another indigenous culture as I am also part of one, Native Hawaiian. I tried their Milk Chocolate and Dark Chocolate ground coffees. I mixed it with a regular brew I use, and they both added delish chocolatey notes to my morning iced coffee ritual, the dark one being a tad more intense and my favorite of the two. It's not uncommon that we'll swing by Boom Town after dinner to grab a quick dessert on a weeknight or weekend, and no matter when we visit, the place is always packed.
