What a partnership to have these two neat shops in the Fulton/ Clinton area... And just across the street from one another! They were open the day after Thanksgiving and had quite the Christmas spread. Really pretty and put me in the mood for the holidays. This is a shop you could frequent on the reg and always find a new treasure tucked away on some magical shelf. It's definitely a must when purchasing a gift on the fly. They do have a Facebook page that they seem to keep updated, so I'd check that put. As soon as you walk into the shop it smells like heaven. There was a scensy with a lemon flavor that was very inviting. The wax melts were available to purchase. The room is filled with goodies. Prices range from cheap to some items being a bit on the pricey side. I'd have to say there will be something for everyone. There are so many little rooms so I won't spoil the layout. This was a lot of fun to browse through, as well as supporting local business. We can't wait to go back to That One Place!!!! The lady at the counter was SO sweet. I wish I would have asked for her name. Thank you for letting me take pictures so I can show others this beautiful shop. My only suggestion would be putting a sign off Bluff so people know where it is, I can see how people might not be able to find it. It is between College/18th, and Bluff Elementary. Fulton is not a big town. But it has the cutest fully operational windmill that they brought over…read morefrom the Netherlands. They even make their own flour - in several different varieties - which can be purchased in the gift shop. You can walk inside and tour the windmill. In the lower level they have some wooden shoes you can try on as well. When you walk up to the top, you have a beautiful view of the river. Entrance to the windmill is free, but they do accept donations. There were even some nice gentleman that told us all about the windmill. Across the street from the windmill there is a gift shop in the Windmill Cultural Center. I didn't buy any flour since I was traveling but I did buy the cutest blue and white ceramic windmill magnet (I collect magnets).

I received an order confirmation and saw a pending charge on my card, so I assumed everything was fine. A week later, I found out the recipients never received anything. When I called the shop to ask what happened, the call was answered unprofessionally with a curt "Hello?" and silence. Once I confirmed I had the right business and provided order details, I was met with rudeness and a condescending tone. They claimed there was a payment issue--despite the pending charge on my card--and said they tried to contact me. I received no email, no call, nothing. Their failure to follow up meant the grieving family never received the intended support, and the owner's dismissive, unprofessional attitude made it worse. Even if payment issues arise, basic communication and courtesy are non-negotiable. Sadly, Clinton Floral seems to operate as if being the only local option gives them a pass on professionalism. It doesn't. I won't be using them again--and I'd strongly recommend you don't either.
