The place was clean and when I arrived she informed me that I could get a lower price than Groupon by paying directly, so I did. They had a special $98 for 90 minute. The massage room was large and comfortable. There were even slippers there. The masseuse was polite. She didn't ask me any questions and got right to work. The massage was a combo of deep tissue, Swedish, hot stone, pressure points and a lot of stretching. She knew what I needed and dedicated a lot of time to the upper back neck and shoulders which was my greatest area of need. The massage was excellent. One of the best I've had from affordable small massage parlors that I've found from Groupon in a long time. I will definitely return. My only recommendation is the sheet to cover is longer so the feet can stay covered. It felt a little cold at times and to incorporate some aromatherapy.

My massage was amazing & I felt my muscles just de-tense and melt into the table. She was great when I asked her to adjust something and she checked in with me regularly to see how I was feeling. The scheduling went smoothly and they commmunicated with us in preparation for our appointments. Both of these professionals were just amazing & I will absolutely have massages from them again. I recommend this company with 5+++ stars!

My mom booked an hour's couple massage as a Valentine's Day gift for my boyfriend and I. We've both…read morebeen here in the past separately and absolutely loved it; this time, however, wasn't nearly as pleasurable or satisfying. While the ladies were very kind, the service felt extremely rushed, and my massage barely included my whole body, which is what was paid for. She focused on my back, neck and head. My arms, legs and feet were neglected, and ghost over. Some people have a heavy hand and I'm sure I've had quite a few knots, but my last massage (a few years ago) blew me away in comparison to today. Update: I woke up from a nap and I am in excruciating pain all over my upper back, neck and my head, and called only to be asked why I didn't make a complaint in the spa, when I was willing to let it pass. I want a full refund for the services done extremely poorly and will wait to hear back from the manager tomorrow, because I don't think a gift card is enough severance. Second update: It's laughable, honestly. First, they offer the money back, then say to dispute. No issue. They also act like they aren't the owner to avoid accountability. I will be disputing with the bank. I'd wished I'd seen the reviews sooner, especially the one regarding sexual assault.

Wow!! Today I had my first massage with Sophia and it was thee absolute best I've ever had! EVER!!…read moreShe really knows what she's doing and knows the body. I didn't have to tell her how to do her job. She moved through my body and hit every point that I needed work on and hit points I didn't know needed the attention. I highly recommend going to her if you're looking for someone who feels what your body needs, in tune and knows what to do when it comes to your needs and the body in general. She also gave feedback and advice on what I should work on until our next session. Her compassion and passion is unmatched and I can feel it! Being were in a pandemic I have been very cautious of how I move and places I go. Sophia made me feel at ease as soon as I walked in. She also reassured me and gave protocol before we got started. I felt very safe from beginning to end! I left there after my massage on a high! Felt like I was floating. I'm hooked!!!!! Thank you Sophia!

From the moment I walked into the room she made the experience very personable. Before I got on the table she took the time to ask me very thoughtful questions about where I'm feeling tension, what physical activities I participate in, and what at home treatments I've been doing. She also offered aromatherapy of my choice in the headrest, which is such a nice bonus! She spent most of the 75 minute massage on my neck and shoulders because that was my problematic area. What I loved most about her technique is that you can tell she's really untangling the fascia and muscles without excessive pressure. She approaches the sore spots with an efficient, slow motion kind of stretching sensation, really working with your body and the tightness as opposed to just jamming pressure. I felt so much relief during the session, and felt so relaxed for the remaining days after. Another positive note to mention is the next day I did not feel any soreness in my upper back. Again, considering the fact that she spent 75 minutes in one concentrated area and I felt nothing but openness afterwards speaks volumes of her careful attention to her clients. I highly highly recommend her to anyone and everyone looking for a talented massage therapist in the heights!

Needless to say, I was highly disappointed and her attitude and the way she handled the situation was rude. I feel like I was scammed. The place was ok. Dark and a bit chilly, really small and didn't feel that clean. I recommend Farida in White Plains for massage and facial services. The customer service is stellar at Farida's and she has a much larger space with tea and snacks with a waiting room which is far more welcoming than Beryl's . The facials and offerings are much wider and the ladies are so sweet and the massages and facials are top notch!
