We chose the in-home sleep training package, and it was one of the best decisions we've made. Lisa helped us properly set up our baby's nursery for optimal sleep and guided us in establishing healthy sleep habits while eliminating the ones that were making sleep difficult. Before working with her, our baby relied heavily on being breastfed, rocked, and soothed to sleep. It often took hours to get him down, and naps could take up most of my day. At night, he would wake 6-8 times for feeding or soothing, and we rarely got even a two-hour stretch of sleep. When Lisa came, she was able to change everything starting from the very first night. Our breastfed baby now sleeps through the night with no feedings and is able to nap independently as well. The difference in his mood and energy is incredible--he is now a much happier and more well-rested baby. In addition to the in-home support, Lisa was very communicative and supportive throughout the remaining 14 days via text, always available to answer questions and provide reassurance. My only regret is not hiring her sooner. I highly recommend Lisa to any parents struggling with sleep, and I will absolutely be working with her again for our future babies.

Update: Then they send a message pretending that they were so sorry for the pain that they have caused in holding my records. And that they would reach out to me. And help me get my records. That too was a lie. No one has reached out to me since I do not have my records. I'm still sub therapeutic, and if my records are not provided to me, I will be issuing a formal demand letter.

Until then, our baby would sleep only when held, rocked or nursed! She was waking up multiple times during the night so most nights she would co-sleep with us, resulting in lack of sleep for both parents and baby. My first phone consultation with Kelly was so good that I was excited to begin her program but at the same time, quite nervous and apprehensive about changing our existing routine (or lack thereof). We followed her program to the T and our daughter was sleeping with very little protest by night 4 and she slept through the night. Kelly provided tremendous support via text/email/phone. She was so understanding, empathetic and reassuring when I needed it. Her advice was really excellent and kept us on track. We had a trip right after we successfully sleep trained our baby. And Kelly guided us through that as well and we were able to overcome issues pertaining to the time change and jet lag. Kelly is excellent. I would highly recommend her to families struggling with their baby's sleep. A well rested baby and family is just so important!

We read several books and found ourselves making some progress but getting confused as to the nuances of applying the techniques. All still never getting our kid to sleep through the night without waking up 2-3 times for minutes to hours. We were looking for someone that would help us and not follow a full-extinction methodology from the get go. After looking around at some yelp reviews, facebook mom groups, and Weissbluth sleep offerings, we decided to do a consult with Kelly. She did a phone consult with us to understand where we were at so that she could determine what approach we should best follow should we work with her. Kelly then scheduled time to come out to see our place and our nursery and to talk through starting the sleep training. She also provided a shared spreadsheet and sleep plan that she would follow and adjust with us as needed. We were apprehensive about how it would all go but we gave it a go and our little guy slept through the whole night on the first night. Kelly helped us have confidence in what we had taught our baby so far and how far we could stretch it to improve his self-soothing skills. As our 3-weeks with Kelly proceeded, we had weekly check in calls and were able to text her with any questions that came up as we navigated moving from 3 naps down to 2 daily naps and a slightly fluid bedtime. We're at the end now and while sleep isn't perfect yet, we now have a baby that sleeps peacefully through the night and has 2 naps a day totaling between 2-3 hours. He falls asleep in 10 mins or less after we put him down, sometimes as fast as 2 mins. We feel confident we can get his sleep even more predictable on our own now. Did I mention that Kelly. Is.
