We chose the in-home sleep training package, and it was one of the best decisions we've made. Lisa helped us properly set up our baby's nursery for optimal sleep and guided us in establishing healthy sleep habits while eliminating the ones that were making sleep difficult. Before working with her, our baby relied heavily on being breastfed, rocked, and soothed to sleep. It often took hours to get him down, and naps could take up most of my day. At night, he would wake 6-8 times for feeding or soothing, and we rarely got even a two-hour stretch of sleep. When Lisa came, she was able to change everything starting from the very first night. Our breastfed baby now sleeps through the night with no feedings and is able to nap independently as well. The difference in his mood and energy is incredible--he is now a much happier and more well-rested baby. In addition to the in-home support, Lisa was very communicative and supportive throughout the remaining 14 days via text, always available to answer questions and provide reassurance. My only regret is not hiring her sooner. I highly recommend Lisa to any parents struggling with sleep, and I will absolutely be working with her again for our future babies.

When it came time to sleep train our second baby, we knew right away we'd reach out to her again. Lisa is simply amazing at customizing her approach to each baby's needs. She guided us through weaning our little one off night feedings and helped him go from being rocked to sleep, to sleeping independently for both naps and nighttime. He's now sleeping through the night, and it's been a total game changer for us. What sets Lisa apart is that she checks in daily throughout the two-week process, making sure you feel supported every step of the way. It's not just a generic plan you follow alone--she's there to help you troubleshoot and adapt, which makes the whole process so much more effective. She's also super fast to respond which is so reassuring when you need guidance. We can't recommend Lisa enough to any family looking for a personalized, responsive, and truly effective sleep training experience!

Dr. Golbin helped me greatly improve my sleep issues. He is an AMAZING doctor because of the…read morefollowing reasons. a) At my first appointment, as well as the subsequent appointments, he took the time to listen and hear my side of the story about my medical history instead of just looking at my previous medical records and making a quick snap judgement about how to treat me. b) If Dr. Golbin has you take a test like an overnight sleep study, EEG, or prescribes you medication, he takes the time to explain everything to the patient in a way that they will understand why he is doing it. Most doctors I have been to just want to get you in and out fast to bill as many appointments as possible, but Dr. Golbin is not like that. He really cares about his patients and getting them better. c) Dr. Golbin is a good man. I see it in the way he treats me, his office staff, etc... At the end of the day, a doctor's job is ultimately to fix or manage the patient's symptoms. But at the same time, it really means a lot to me that I know Dr. Golbin became a doctor to help people, and not just because he wanted to make a lot of money and have a prestigious job. Thank you Dr. Golbin and your entire staff. I prescribe you good luck! With gratitude, Scott

He doesn't look at me as if I was a scientific puzzle to solve. Rather, he recognizes my uniqueness at the human level and builds the partnership needed to both better diagnose my condition and to give more effective feedback to me. He is always very timely with appointments. I've never been rushed in any way. He will be the first to tell you that he is not a mixologist at a saloon. Prescribing the most effective solutions is paramount to him, he's not one to "see what happens". Dr. Golbin's tremendously vast background, thoroughness and true care for his patients make it easy for me to highly recommend him.

Definitely echo the other reviews so far on Yelp!…read more Kelly. Is. Amazing. We were having the hardest time finding a good nights sleep for our 9 month old. We read several books and found ourselves making some progress but getting confused as to the nuances of applying the techniques. All still never getting our kid to sleep through the night without waking up 2-3 times for minutes to hours. We were looking for someone that would help us and not follow a full-extinction methodology from the get go. After looking around at some yelp reviews, facebook mom groups, and Weissbluth sleep offerings, we decided to do a consult with Kelly. She did a phone consult with us to understand where we were at so that she could determine what approach we should best follow should we work with her. Kelly then scheduled time to come out to see our place and our nursery and to talk through starting the sleep training. She also provided a shared spreadsheet and sleep plan that she would follow and adjust with us as needed. We were apprehensive about how it would all go but we gave it a go and our little guy slept through the whole night on the first night. Kelly helped us have confidence in what we had taught our baby so far and how far we could stretch it to improve his self-soothing skills. As our 3-weeks with Kelly proceeded, we had weekly check in calls and were able to text her with any questions that came up as we navigated moving from 3 naps down to 2 daily naps and a slightly fluid bedtime. We're at the end now and while sleep isn't perfect yet, we now have a baby that sleeps peacefully through the night and has 2 naps a day totaling between 2-3 hours. He falls asleep in 10 mins or less after we put him down, sometimes as fast as 2 mins. We feel confident we can get his sleep even more predictable on our own now. Did I mention that Kelly. Is. I laid awake in the bed for 5 minutes hoping the need to use the bathroom would pass since I needed to call her in to the room to "unplug" me. Then, at the end of the night, I got kicked out of the center with not so much as a "have a good day". As for the after, duh I have sleep apnea... like everyone else (how else do they make their money?) When I went back for the results, I was handed a paper to fill out with my credit card information to set up monthly payments BEFORE I even saw the doctor. Also the reviews about the doctor having a personally of a rock is completely true. I think it's unacceptable, from the time I made my first appointment(April 17th) to the time I actually got my machine was 96 days(July 22nd.). My husband went to a different place out of Northeastern Medicine and from the time he made his first appointment to the time he got his machine was 16 days. If your doctor recommended this place I highly recommend asking for a different referral to save you time and money. I also told my current doctor who is actually newer to the area about the Naperville Center for Sleep Medicine and she will no longer be recommending this place either just from my experience with them.

She was very positive about Amy Batista, MSN, APRN, ANP-BC who's now listed on their website as being at their Naperville location. https://www.sleepmedcenter.com/our-staff/ So considering what seemed like an overwhelming number of positive reviews, I submitted a contact via email on their website, specifically asking "how much of their service is covered by insurance". Well it seems that one negative review was right on at least their communications failure, because one month later (Mar 14, 2025) I've not received a response. Every employee expedited the process. Within a month, I had a sleep study completed and several coaching sessions to help me with my sleep habits. I received my new CPAP machine within a month. I was amazed at their efficiency. Gabby, my sleep coach, was supportive and efficient. She was on top of every detail and helped me get medication for my restless legs syndrome. I am having a good night's sleep 70-100 percent of the time, a vast improvement from before. The lower percentages are a result of some poor decision-making on my part rather than anything this sleep center has done.
