I would like to say that this was an honest mistake, but she was hostile and defensive when I called the office. I missed a week of work and had hundreds of dollars of medical bills. I contacted the owner, who gave me a refund and an apology and I kept Yelp out of it. But then I started to feel an obligation to warn other patients. Kim is confident in her skills. So confident that I witnessed her tell other patients to ignore directions from their real doctors. One very elderly man had very red swollen lower legs. Kim commented on them in a scolding tone. The man asked "should I tell my heart doctor?" She said "no, just go home and eat some watermelon."
