After informing the gentleman my preferences and what I was looking for, he also offered some suggestions. I made it clear that I did not have a humidor at home and he took care of me. He provided a tour , explained membership procedures, their points system, and followed up to see how I was enjoying my padron. The humidor room was stocked with a nice selection, which is sure to keep you coming back. I was impressed with the mist that was flowing over the davidoff display. There is soft music playing in the rear lounge, where the restrooms & soft drinks are located. Conversations were not interfering with my relaxation and it seemed like there was plenty of chairs in the lounge to accommodate. Bring a wine or scotch as you can sit for hours to relax or have a conversation with fellow cigar enthusiasts. They do provide wifi, cups , ice, and coffee free of charge. I had tried others with limited selections or they were just way too small. Matador was really nice. First off there is ample parking. A sizable humidor with slightly higher prices but as a B&M I get it. There are tons of seats. I showed up 30 minutes into a NFL playoff game and there still were a couple of seats. There are a bunch of guys that are members but as a non-member felt welcome. Wasn't like they didn't want you there. Tons of TV's but there are always guys there with Ipad's or laptops watching other things. The last time there was a hostess. She would get you water, soda, hot chocolate. Another nice thing about the lounge is you can bring in food. In the shopping center is a really good pizza place next door, Jersey Mike's, Sushi, Halal Food and a Duck Donut's. If I have anything negative is as a non-member it would be nice to be able to bring liquor in without paying. I don't mind having soda or coffee but I like bourbon or rye and those are expensive. They charge a $10 fee. All of a sudden it's starts getting expensive. But obviously if you become a member you don't pay which is what they are trying for. If in the area and in the mood for a good stick and relaxation I definitely recommend.
