The staff--especially the so-called "professionals"--came across as rude, judgmental, and uninformed. On top of that, the billing department is disorganized and untrustworthy. I created an online account and paid all copays at the time of service. There were no outstanding charges shown in my account. Now, three years later, I've suddenly received a bill for services that date back that far--without any prior notice or billing attempts in the interim. We only had five visits here, but honestly, that was five too many. I regret trusting this practice with my child's care and would advise others to seek help elsewhere.
