I sense she has a true calling as a counselor, communicator and group facilitator. Her keen vision allows her to accentuate a person's unique capabilities, which in turn, promotes the best qualities of that individual. It is Kelley's willingness to share her own energy and enthusiasm for learning that fosters growth within her clients and colleagues.

Nicholas Strauss is the most amazing therapist. He is articulate, intelligent and most…read moreimportantly, caring. He has treated my entire family with incredible results. His calm demeanor and his profound inner peacefulness permeates his entire being and spills over into the whole atmosphere of his state of the art offices in downtown westport. He is so intune with people on so many different levels and it's very sublte and unassuming. He is a role model for so many of the children who frequent his offices. He models the "right relationship" with correct "boundaries" during the sessions and this kind and gentle way affects and ripples into all other outside toxic relationships that his clients and patients come to him in depseration and crisis to "fix". He is a strengthener of the positive aspects of a person rather than an exposer of the weak areas of a person. I have seen the results of this in many of the clients he treats. I have met with people who have referred to themselves as therapists, ministers, pastors, and counselors. Not one of them has had the "gift" of compassion and care that Nicholas has. Instead their reviews would all get a minus 5 stars. Possibly Nicholas is just a nice person who genuinely loves people and helping them get stronger in their inner life to face the hassles of everyday life...and this in itself makes the others look weak and inefficient. I strongly encourage people to step out of their pain and uncertainty and make an appointment with Nicholas, who can truly help.

Dr. Ardon has been my Doctor for more than 4 years, replacing a very close and personal Doctor of…read more10+ years, who I trusted and respected. I was very nervous at first, going to a new Doctor & new practice (new for me), mostly concerned about the level of quality care & attention that I need, (being a patient of many other Doctors for a variety of reasons"ailments" for 30+ years). However, Dr. Ardon alleviated all of my concerns from early on and ever since. Her care for patients health & well-being is beyond compare in this day & age. She's more than experienced, super dedicated to her patients, and very understanding. She truly cares & she demonstrates that in the lengths she goes to get to know & care for her patients. Her staff helps to ensure the best of service, and everyone is totally professional. On a more personal note, I'm always amazed at how far Dr. Ardon goes to provide special care to those who are in need of it, no matter where they are or what their circumstances are. I have found, the more you need her, the more she works to be there, to help! in my opinion, that's pretty rare in these times. So, I highly recommend Dr. Ardon to anyone who is considering her as "their Doctor", and for one can honestly say, that I hope to be under her care, for as long as I am in need. I'm so grateful to her and her staff. I sincerely mean that. No one else could replace Dr. Ardon! Sincerest regards, David M. (HER Patient For Life!)

The receptionist blamed me, was condescending and rude, and insisted on fighting instead of just saying sorry for the inconvenience. Horrible customer service, especially for a new customer that was recommended to him by an existing patient. Then she called me back again to explain what happened, and I asked her if I could call her back since I was on the phone with my doctor. She didn't care and continued to keep talking twice because her time was more important than mine. I called her back only to be blamed yet again, and then received the following email today. I spoke with the doctor about our telephone conversation on Monday, September 21, 2020 and he feels that it is best not to see you as a patient in this office. We have cancelled your appointment and refunded your $50.00 deposit. The doctor doesn't even know my side of the story but cancelled this appt regardless. I also called to clarify these multiple appts I had in my calendar, and no one called me back in several days. It's a shame his receptionist treats patients with major health issues like this instead of treating them with compassion. I will definitely let my wellness practitioner know who recommended him highly to me about this horrible experience.
