What really stood out was the excellent service from Kaitlin, their Special Events Coordinator. From start to finish, she was incredibly helpful in every way. She always was prompt in communicating, very accommodating to any adjustments I requested, and extremely helpful in talking through setup and serving options for our events. Topping it off, she was there as a Service Ambassador for both events -- she knew exactly what we had planned and was present to see that it happened. Katlin's teammate at both events, Mario, also was fantastic. Both of them worked hard, with courtesy and professionalism. The setup and food presentation was lovely, and the entrees were delicious.
