I have a two month old car and came across some bad fortune. Flipped up a rock while playing roller hockey and put a small dig in my rear quarter panel which Randy was able to knock out in about 15 minutes or 3 to 4 songs on his retro jukebox. First time, hood of my VW had ripple dents from an icycle - he was able to straighten out, saved me from having to replace. I used PDR Solutions to repair some dings in my front fender and a bend along a tailgate edge. The repairs took a couple of hours one morning. It was very fast and very inexpensive when compared to fill/sand/paint. I can no longer find where the fender dings were and the tailgate edge is significantly better. All-in-all it was exactly what was promised and then some. Randy was easy to work and easy to schedule. For the value of services rendered, his prices are very good. I had a PDR groupon that had expired over the Holidays. So I called to see if he still would honor the deal. Left him a message and he immediately called back and left me a message. To make a long story short. I brought him my car which had a dent in the trunk about a quarter size. Randy is nothing short of amazing. Not only is he extremely skilled, he is also incredibly kind and generous. My car was the unfortunate victim of a not very big but definitely ugly and noticeable dent while it was parked, somewhere, who knows where. T___T After I finally received the check from the insurance company, I decided it was time to say goodbye to that unsightly dent once and for all. Because it was the day after Christmas, I wasn't surprised that many shops were still closed. I was able to speak to a rather snooty Melissa from RBP Auto Collision Center, who promptly told me that I couldn't just drop off my car and get it repaired; they were booked until January 23rd, 2017. Randy answered! He was extremely friendly and professional over the phone and guess what, he had time for me to stop by with my car, that very same afternoon! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Randy did a great job at removing a dent in a very difficult location. Last week someone (a jacked up white hummer H2, you know who you are). Decided to whack the side of my SUV with his door. As I walked out of the restaurant, he had already taken off. Although H2 guy left without leaving his insurance information or even a note, he did leave behind a dent, in a very tricky spot. I stopped by Randy's shop, and I'm not kidding you...in minutes the dent was gone. Affordable and quick. Not sure why we live with dents if there's someone like Randy to take them out.
