3 minutes ago New I…read moream reposting my review after I was asked to remove it by the Owner of the company. When Tom arrived and began the signing process of the loan documents, his phone began to ring. He looked at it, cancelled the call and said it was the title company. He told us, they were making sure he'd arrived. The Title company kept calling and texting and Tom kept ignoring the calls/texts. This went on for a bit and we were done signing so he called the Title company as they were still blowing up his phone. He started yelling at them that he was nowhere near a printer. I interjected and said they could email me the missing document and we could sign it. He did not do that, and they emailed the document to him, which he then had to forward to me. I was able to print it and my Husband and I signed it. HAD he picked up the call the FIRST time they called we would not have waited. We felt he was unprofessional by yelling at the Title company in front of clients.
