Called Nelson and he said that they had ran out of the barrier cloth while doing the job and he went to the store to get more and his helper must have finished without putting the rest of the barrier on. No problem! (I had already paid him) He agreed to come and put more barrier down. He texted me and said he had came by and still no barrier on one whole end of the bed. I texted him and he said that that was all he was going to do. He was done. VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER. I am now moving the mulch and putting the barrier down myself.
