Got a full set a few weeks to almost a month ago, I've been going to them for years and never had issues till this appointment, I contacted the owner on Facebook and within the next day they responded going above and beyond to make up for my bad experience. I got a full set of acrylic nails. I brought in a picture of coffin shaped nails with pink and white ombré. They originally told me that I could not do the shape and I anticipated that when I came in because my nails were too short. I was getting this placed on my natural nail. My nails were handled with poor care. While removing the previous shellac they took the drill too close to the nail beds that I was in pain during and after for several days after my appointment. They did not shape my nails so they were all different shapes and sizes. And when they were being cured they felt like they were burning into my skin. They charged me $67 + tip. I was so disappointed in how they turned out. I will not be returning for this kind of service. read more

Well I like my nails but I feel they cut my toe nails to short and charged me 90 for what they said was 55.so I left no tip because I was not going to pay more for what was supposed to cost so much less.i took off all polish before going so they can't use that as an excuse. They rushed me but did the job .I was going to tip them both 10 each but I'm not going to do that when they told me one thing and didn't explain reason for extra cost.they were rushing to go home so that's not OK.i only got a manicure and peddy so that was silly.i paid my bill but I'm leaving this for them to improve read more

Sent my wife off for nails. End result was definitely not like the picture we provided. Sparkles looked like a 5 year old dropped sparkly glue on them. Skin was painted, and some nails not fully covered. Certainly not worth the $40+ dollars I just spent on her, and now I've got to spend that again somewhere else to fix this. On leaving the salon my nails looked fine, it was a pedicure, and though not the best job I'd had it seemed okay. However, the nail polish started chipping off within a couple of days and I ended up having to redo them myself within the week. I'm not one to leave reviews but thought this time I should, got a manicure and was so not happy. The lady was very nice but soaked my hands in cold tap water, nothing else. She did not even clean my cuticle or paint the color to the end of my nails. I also had sort nails to start with and asked to not file them anymore, but they were so sort after. After she was done it looked like I needed a manicure, not as if I just had one. Then when paying the prices that were listed on their price list were not the ones I paid. When I asked about it all I was told was "no those are wrong" well you might want to remove old pricing from customers view. I just moved out here, I have been to you guys about 4 times in the past few months. This time my shellac nails all started peeling within 7 days. I called to have it fixed instead of just going elsewhere. I was given an appointment time of 6 pm. I told the person on the phone that I work in pitt Meadows and won't make it till about 6:15. She said ok. I showed at 6:05 and the lady was really rude to me and blamed me for being late. I told her I even called to say I would be a few min late. She wouldn't let me change the color and wanted me to find the exact color I had last time, which I don't even remember what it was.(way too many shades of pink to get the exact same one) I felt rushed and felt like she was being very rude, I said I can go somewhere else and she seemed more than happy about that. I went in after work with my daughter. I got a shellac manicure and my daughter received a full set. Well my daughter was happy with hers while I left completely ripped off. The first lady I had was great the second well not so much. I told her a few things about my nails due to their condition and she completely ignored me and ruined my nails. Some are disgustingly thick and some over filed. I told her I wasn't really happy but she ignored me. Not to mention that I asked for a pink sparkle I got a gold sparkle I don't do gold. So I asked her to please take it off and change it to a silver. Well she did change it to a silver but Over top the tacky gold. I was dumb founded. Seeing I have been getting my nails done for years and have never experienced such a mess. I went home just enraged and I calmed down and decided to message the company, I explained what had taken place and asked if someone would be available the next day to fix them. I even provided photos. Well they read it and did not respond. Well I then sent another message today and again they read it but again refused to respond. I DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER GOING HERE. My husband had a pedicure done last summer here and it too was done terribly. He came home and I did a better job with a foot scrub. So many people I have spoken with have all agreed.
