NEVER will go back first they destroyed my hair and top. I received a 300 dollar gift card as a birthday present from someone. They aloud my boyfriend to use it without making sure that it okay! REALLY? ?? Who in the hell does that , is that how they teach to run a business? I would give less than one star if I could. Advice don't go and save your self money and frustration. read more

Good haircut, poor explanation of pricing on website and mediocre color. I went in for a cut and overall color thinking it would be the $39 advertised on the website. After checking out and being charged over $70 for it I questioned the receptionist only to find out the coloring starts at $27 and $15 is added on depending on how much dye they use. No where on the website (which I was looking at with the receptionist during this conversation) does it explain this. I definitely feel like I got ripped off. Overall, my hairdresser was nice and I got a good cut however really bad color. The hair in the very front didn't get colored correctly and is a different color than the rest of my hair. My advice, color your hair from a store bought box over coming here. Just as good of a color without the hefty price tag! I'm re-doing mine out of a box tonight. read more

Went in for highlights, ended up being talked into doing a toner instead, my dark blond hair came out dark ashy-green. The stylists said, "Well your probably not going to like it" as she took the towel off. I asked for an upper-level student and was scheduled with a beginner without me knowing. Also, the instructor that looked at my hair when I started isn't the one who looked at it when she was done so he had no idea what she did wrong. Nice. read more

I've come here a few times for a massage and it's fantastic. I've been getting them from Peyton and couldn't be happier. I'm thinking about getting other services done here as well. read more

I've been getting hair cuts here for several years. My favorite part of the experience is becoming friends with the students, though it is sad to say goodbye when they move on. Each cut is supervised by an instructor. And I've been happy with how I look every time! That's quite a record! It's fun to go to this bright, clean, and cheerful salon. read more

I have had two bad experience, but have been going to this school for cuts and colors for a couple years now (I only get my hair cut every 6 months or so). But this year I had two bad experiences rather close together. The first was a cut that I got two days before I was going back to work from maternity leave. The girl cut it, never had her instructor look at it and then checked me out. A day later my mother looked at my hair and told me to go back to get it fixed, I asked for layers and there were two very distinct lines across the back of my head. I went in and they fixed it for free, which ended up making my hair much shorter than I had wanted. I appreciated the good customer service, my question is that at least a handful of girls saw me as I walked out the first time and never said a thing. The second bad experience was I got a shellac manicure, the girl said it was her first one. But I had two nails peel completely off within a couple hours of getting it done. All in all, I will only be returning for my hair trims. read more

Salon perfect or NOT perfect? Pros: It looks really good on nails and it dries very quickly Cons: Sometimes if you go a while without using it, it gets really gooey and sticky. I started using the brand Salon Perfect nail polish just about a week ago because my friend is like really obsessed with nails, just like me, and she recommended it to me. I went to the store and bought it but I have to admit I was a little skeptical about it at first but I bought it anyway. When I got home I couldn't wait to paint my nails so I ran into my room and got to work. Unfortunately my mom had other plans and asked me to wash the dishes. But I had already started painting my nails but I went and did the dishes. I knew that if I washed the dishes all of the nailpolish that i just put onto my nails would wear off but i still washed the dishes. When i was done with the dishe i dried my hands and went back into my room. Once i got to my room I was about ti start over painting my nails but when i looked at my nails the nailpolish was still there. I was surprised because usually the nailpolish that i normally use doesn't dry as quick as Salon perfect did so i was really surprised. So the next day I went back to the store and bought like EVERY SINGLE COLOR that they had. Anyway I think that personally Salon Perfect is the best nailpolish. Well at least of all of the nail polishes that I have used. read more

Terrible service. I made a hair appointment for myself and my 2 daughters. Had to wait 35 minutes for my daughters to get called back. I didn't get my haircut because they said they didn't have my name down. One of my daughters hair is all uneven. Worst place ever. Don't waste your money! read more

I have come here for a few times now for a Mani and Pedi, and hair color.KassieW has done a great job on all of them.Acts very professional and listened to the things that seem to bug me. Like my hair ! Instructors are very nice and always right there for there students. Need to work on front desk can get overcharged on products. Need more color in your decor inside ,alittle depressing when your trying to make yourself feel good. read more

Got a mani pedi there and I could've done my nails better myself. The students there obviously don't focus on nail services as much as they should. One worker told my friend that she hadn't done a manicure in months, and it showed. Parts of my nails didn't even have polish on them, filing was uneven, and there was limited cuticle/hang nail treatment. When I pay to get a mani pedi I expect good service, not a mediocre polish job. I will not be going here for nails again. read more

At the recommendation of a friend I decided to schedule an appointment for highlights with her stylist, Jesse V. I was a bit reluctant but figured I could always but a box of hair color and fix my hair if it was bad. I was pleasantly surprised by how professional Jesse V was and the attention she paid to what I wanted done. Once she and I consulted her supervisor came over to review what she was doing to my hair and it was a go. The problem I encountered was that I was there 5 hours....yes, you read correctly, 5 hours. I was ready to scream but at the end, my hair looked great. I would recommend Jesse V. but I would suggest once you tell her what you want done that you ask how long the process will take. I went back a second time to get lowlights and was there 2 hours which I guess is about the time these things take. The price was right and I will continue to see Jesse V for future hair appointments. I have not had her cut my hair so I can't attest to that. read more

i dont recommend. bruised after my bikini wax :(.. I regret not seeing yelp comments before

I went to PCI for a Brazilian wax. At first, everything went pretty okay. My lady seemed nice and confident which made me feel better. Another "student" came back to help her. They brought their educator back and asked if they should trim before waxing. She said no. I trusted her. They put the wax on the upper corner and attempted to rip the strip off. IT DIDN'T WORK. They said "Oh! I think the hair might be too long." It hurt so bad, and I was terrified because obviously nobody knew what they were doing. I literally begged them to not pull the strip again until they cut the hair. They wouldn't listen to me and yanked at the strip two more times after I asked them to cut it multiple times. In between each trial, they would go ask their educator to come and assist but she refused every single time. They finally said "We are going to cut it" !!!!!!! So they removed the strip, I don't know much about the wax but at this point we were able to just pull it off, leaving all the dry wax behind. After they cut the hair, everything went WAY more smoothly. One girl was way too aggressive. I have a couple skin tags I wanted them to watch out for, and I was literally terrified that they were going to accidentally wax over it and yank it off. The more experienced one left !!! I just said stop, I'm over it. She got her educator and she told me I had to pay the full price even though I received a botched half done version! Along with plenty of unnecessary pain due to careless educators. read more

I went there for a hair cut, color, and highlights. I insisted a few times that I wanted very tiny highlights, almost invisible, and showed them in the catalogue. The final result was a complete disaster: very thick highlights, some blond, other red or brown. I was furious. After my visit at this saloon, I needed to go to another saloon and have my hair colored 3 times until I managed to cover these awful highlights. The girl who totally destroyed my hair, was still in the process of learning. OK, I understand. But aren't they expected to be supervised by an instructor? I never saw any instructor there, the trainee did everything on her own. What is more, when I went to pay after this miserable service, she was standing by my side waiting for a tip!!!!!!! For what? read more
