    Kaitlyn M. did such a good job on my haircut, she took her time and made sure every piece was even. She was professional, and made the entire process so much fun!!!

    They messed up my hair. I went in for a balayage and after 9hours they left me with an orange mess. I request a redo and one of the educators said to me "I'm glad you came back." I was thinking "why would you let me walk out like it?!?!" Anyway, after they attempted to fix it they went really dark but apparently that was the only thing they would do after the previous girl had allowed the bleach bleed through dimensional pieces. After the first shower after the redo, my hair is bleeding color and some pieces are patchy. I left a google review and they said they would reach out to me to "make it right" nope haven't heard anything from them. My advice is to just to have low expectations and definitely spend the extra money on your hair, this wasn't worth a burnt scalp, it wasn't worth the money, and it wasn't worth the 13+ hours I spent on the chair.

    The educators are way understaffed they had TWO led lamps for nails for a 10 person nail station we had to take turns with them to get it done! They had the schedule for my appointment wacky and had to get fixed twice no acrylic nails available and the students here are basically screwed from the get go when the service was done the educator did not look once at my nails and was more worried about selling me products. My appointment was 5min ago and I'm in the parking lot still these are my nails that I paid 50$ for

    So, I don't ever write reviews because I know sometimes businesses just have a bad day or not…read moreenough employees covering. But, this was a terrible experience and thought I should share. My daughter went in for a highlight yesterday. she had a picture. In all fairness, the picture was significant lighter than her natural hair, so they did say it may take another appointment in three weeks to get the desired color. When done processing the hairdresser wouldn't let her see it until dried and styled and said you won't be happy because it doesn't look like it changed much. They told her it didn't lift right. In truth, her hair had not changed at all (possibly a tad lighter, but no one would have noticed any change). As you can see I am trying to be fair. I didn't notice a change either. I called them and person was nice saying since there was no change, they would see her the next day for no charge. It was their mistake. My daughter was told today, she would have to pay for the product. Now, the whole service would in total cost $125.00...more than a reputable salon for highlight only. This is a school. My daughter talked to several people explaining there was no change in color...there was even pictures of before and after to verify this. I called and they would not budge saying maybe we should go to our regular salon next time. They wanted to wash out the product from her hair and let her go without fully processing. Today, they added the product and then told my daughter the cost. So, they gave us two choices...leave it in and pay the additional cost or wash it out now without fully processing (not knowing what it will look like) and let her go. There was no choice as I wouldn't do that to my daughter. I asked that they treat my daughter well and not embarrass her, yet they made her feel like it was all her fault and they did nothing wrong. I have never had this kind of business anywhere. Usually the practice is "the customer is always right" even if there is a loss. We weren't wanting to cause problems or get a service free, just wanting them to admit their mistake and correct it for no charge on today's visit, as we had already paid $85.00. The managers never once said they were sorry.
