Absolutely Horrible experience with this spa. I do NOT recommend it at all. Mrs. Kimia is extremely rude and completely unprofessional. After receiving a Morpheus8 treatment, my facial skin was seriously damaged due to her poor technique. The results were so bad that I had to visit two dermatology specialists at Mission Viejo Hospital just to understand the extent of the damage caused. When I politely explained that I could not continue the remaining sessions because of what happened to my skin, she refused to take any responsibility! Instead, she told me there would be no refund for the remaining balance because I had purchased a package!! even though I paid $3,000 and the treatment caused harm. This is unacceptable. Not only was the service unsafe, but the way she handled the situation was dismissive and disrespectful. Save your money and protect your skin,STAY AWAY from this place. read more

He really listens to my concerns and knows exactly what to do to keep my face looking very natural. It allows you to receive one treatment every month. After being enticed by the monthly special for microneedling, I messaged Jacqueline, the nurse, on her social media page and she quickly responded and helped make an appointment for me. Was greeted upon arrival and check in was quick and easy. Jacqueline is a literal sweetheart. She radiates such a welcoming and loving energy. She explained to me the procedure I had signed up for and asked what my goals were (I should've said her face because her skin is immaculate). EDIT: to be clear - Dr. K did half of the treatment while nurse he supervised the other half. When I arrived, I asked the front who would be doing the injections and she just said don't worry they are all nurses and doctors and I'd be in "good hands". To say Dr. K didn't do the treatment at all is false. However, there is risk to treatment, but something that can be controlled is how patients are treated. I'm sure he knows his anatomy like any other doctor should, but professionalism, attention to detail, accountability, and listening to patients' concerns can be improved!
