My TV is hung perfectly in my bedroom and all the wires are completely hidden. He even went the extra mile to organize/hide other cables. I had a ball of wires sticking out of my wall left behind from the prior owners of my unit but now I'm left with a single wire peeking out -- it looks really neat and tidy.
