At Pride Basketball Skill Development (PBSDHoops), we’re dedicated to transforming athletes into smarter, stronger, and more complete basketball players. What sets us apart? Our unwavering commitment to teaching the game the right way—efficiently, effectively, and with a strong foundation in fundamentals and basketball IQ.
We believe that the two most important elements in basketball are your head and your feet. That’s why we focus on the areas that truly elevate a player’s game: Footwork, Fundamental Skill Development, and Court Sense and Awareness (Basketball IQ)
At PBSDHoops, training goes beyond just basketball. Our program is designed to instill values that athletes can carry with them both on and off the court. Through hard work, discipline, and perseverance, we help players build confidence, develop character, and grow into leaders.
History
Established in 2009.
After hanging up my professional jersey, I returned to my alma mater, Lehigh University, to begin my coaching career. Over the past 15 years, I’ve dedicated myself to coaching at the high school and middle school levels as both an assistant and head coach. These years of hands-on coaching and mentoring have fueled my desire to continue helping young athletes unlock their potential.
Today, I bring 15 years of skill development experience to players of all levels, offering personalized training designed to elevate their game. From refining fundamentals to mastering advanced techniques, I’m here to help athletes grow both on and off the court.
Basketball isn’t just a game—it’s a journey, and I’m excited to be part of yours. Let’s get to work!
Meet the Business Owner: Bryan W.
Basketball has always been more than just a game to me—it's a lifelong passion. My love for the game and my desire to stay connected to it inspired me to start this business. But even more, I find immense joy and fulfillment in helping kids achieve their goals and unlock their full potential.
Teaching the game allows me to share the knowledge and skills I've gained over the years, and there's nothing more rewarding than seeing my players grow, succeed, and gain confidence on and off the court. It's a privilege to be part of their journey, and that’s what drives me every day.
