There were some issues with the actual filtering system we have in our home and since the moment Gabriel first came to visit he made sure to equip me with the right staff to come check the system and an electrician to double check that it wasn't anything related to the wiring that was affecting the pump. Do not be fooled by Felipe's soft spoken easy going manner. He is ruthless. In my opinion he is not qualified in pool restoration and uses fly by night sub contractors. I gave him a credit card authorization for a one time small down payment only because he was having trouble depositing checks with his bank. Felipe charged me a 7% credit card fee which he promised to return but never did. He made two other charges using the card without my authorization and I didn't find out until it was too late. I had to report the card as lost. The worst part of the project is that Felipe of Premium Pools charged my account and walked away with the sloppy tile work that was never fixed, the fire-up which was never completed and a burned out pool motor which his subcontractors caused and never disclosed. If you hire this company to do your pool restoration and wind up with money and quality work issues, I told you so. Beware.
