I called this company on a referral from another company that was too swamped to handle my request. First try, no answer and voicemail box was full. The referral company text them for me and they finally called me. I told them I was about to place my home on the market and needed to get unruly bushes trimmed soon as I had pictures being taken today, 4/19/22, and wanted a consult on any other trees that may need attention. The man came out that day. The first question I had was about a tree that hasn't thrived in years. He did not know what kind of tree it was and had no advice for me. I showed him my needs with the trimming and he said they could send me a quote and could take care of the trimming in the time frame I mentioned. After 2 more calls and no quote I finally got a quote by text and responded that I wanted to schedule ASAP. No response. A week later, no response. It's been 3 weeks. Just tell me you can't get the job done rather than lie to me. Needless to say I have moved on. Waste of consumers time and energy. Not to mention, if you claim to be an Arborist, know a little something about trees. read more
