After taking Xrays Dr Wade said I needed 2 crowns and a filling. Then Christine called me to get an appointment set, I asked her what my portion of the bill would be after insurance. She emailed me a treatment case and it was for 3 crowns and a filling. I told her I would get back to her for an appointment, I was surprised the treatment changed from 2 crowns to 3. I called in a few days and asked the receptionist to send me my Xrays, she did, and I sent them to a new Dentist. I scheduled an appointment with the new Dentist. I didn't tell them about Dr Wade saying I needed 3 crowns and a filling. They looked over the Xrays from Dr Wade and determined that they needed a few more. They Xrayed the areas that were missing and not clear, and they determined everything looked fine. They said I would need to schedule a cleaning in a few months, and I did. They had the Xrays that Dr Wade had, and didn't see the need for 3 crowns and a filling. read more

I will be the first to admit I am a bit of a dental chicken. However I am very comfortable with Dr Wade and her staff. Everyone is very caring,comforting and professional. I have been seeing Dr. Wade since we moved here and have always been pleased but today was the icing on the cake! I was fit in for a "rough spot" on a tooth that turned out to be a fracture needing a crown. She and Autum were excellent. They were efficient, kind, thoughtful, and inclusive of me and my needs. I can get claustrophobic in a dental chair without much effort but every step they took included a technique to distract from what was being done or communicate with me as to my well being. There were even a few times that my chin was touched gently, maybe it was necessary to the procedure but I found it a comforting human touch. I want to first admit that I work here, but that doesn't mean I enjoy having dental work done. Quite the contrary. Yesterday I had a tooth prepped for my first crown ever, and it couldn't have gone better. I am typically quite nervous and aware of everything going on, but yesterday was completely relaxing. I can't say enough about these women in this office. First and foremost they do amazing work. But yesterday they went over and above for me and it deserves to be praised. Long story short I was in a abusive marriage for ten years. It left me with 7 broken teeth and lots of decay (so much damage that financially it will take me years to pay and complete the work)... Dr. Wade has been step by step helping me fix what was broken. Yesterday I had a long procedure and I began to cry from the emotions of it... these were the first two teeth he broke and now I'm fixing them it occurred to me sitting there that I'm free, I'm safe and that it was time to close that chapter. And I began to cry from the emotions of it. These wonderful ladies sat me up when I got emotional and comforted me. They were there for me and gave me strength to get through it. I cried throughout the procedure, it was so overwhelming. The ladies were wonderful with me. The chair side assistant held my shoulder the whole time she went over and beyond to comfort me as the tears flowed. And Dr. Wade thank you from the bottom of my heart for being patient with me and for doing the amazing work on my mouth so that I'm not ashamed of my smile any longer...I know we have alot more to finish but I wanted to give a huge Thank you to Dr Wade and your staff for understanding and being so supportive... This is the darndest Dental Office I have ever gone to. They are so nice and friendly that it is a pleasure to go to the Dentist. These ladies could sell ice to the Eskimos in December. They are so kind and considerate yet totally professional in every way. Dr. Wade is a Saint on earth and the sweetest, most compassionate lady you will ever find. Dr. Wade and her staff are the best! They are prompt and get to know you on a first-name basis. Dr. Wade is very detail-oriented, which I really appreciate.
