For The first two if not three years I haven't had any problems but, this Aug 2026, I payed the last of this year's payment and I have yet to get any service. Tried to contact the company and am only getting a G.D. voice box. And now I have to pull out my mower and do the job myself. It may not start because its been in storage for the past three - four years. If not, I may have to add an other $200 to $ 300 to get my five times used mower to the amount of the second and VERY LAST payment. This company is no longer trustworthy ! point à la ligne.

We paid in advance for seasonal lawn maintenance services, but the services we paid for were not completed for the full season. Despite this, the company has publicly stated that refunds will not be provided and that customers will instead receive credits toward future services. For me, a credit toward another service is not an acceptable replacement for a refund when prepaid services were not delivered as agreed. Communication and the way this situation has been handled have also been extremely frustrating. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this company carefully review the payment terms, refund policy, and what protections you have before paying for an entire season upfront.
