Same as Jason B. Jason and I are probably NOT the only ones in this situation. Being scamed out of payed service. For The first two if not three years I haven't had any problems but, this Aug 2026, I payed the last of this year's payment and I have yet to get any service. Tried to contact the company and am only getting a G.D. voice box. And now I have to pull out my mower and do the job myself. It may not start because its been in storage for the past three - four years. If not, I may have to add an other $200 to $ 300 to get my five times used mower to the amount of the second and VERY LAST payment. This company is no longer trustworthy ! point à la ligne. read more

AVOID PAYING UPFRONT -- SERVICES NOT COMPLETED -- NO REFUND OFFERED -- CREDIT ONLY 0/5 Very disappointing experience with Pelouse Voltage. We paid in advance for seasonal lawn maintenance services, but the services we paid for were not completed for the full season. Despite this, the company has publicly stated that refunds will not be provided and that customers will instead receive credits toward future services. For me, a credit toward another service is not an acceptable replacement for a refund when prepaid services were not delivered as agreed. Communication and the way this situation has been handled have also been extremely frustrating. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this company carefully review the payment terms, refund policy, and what protections you have before paying for an entire season upfront. read more

Horrible, just a scam. They never did the job properly, and they did not show up for more than 3 weeks.

1. I hired this company for the season spring-fall 2024. They promised come every week, but they missed a total of 11 weeks. They do mention that with poor weather conditions they might miss one week, but out of the 11 missing weeks 7 were sunny, good weather weeks. 2. I call them to ask why they are not coming, and never answer the phone. 3. I left messages and emails, and never answered a single one. 4. I ask for a refund for the missing time, and never answer. 5. My lawn was high and poorly maintained most of the time. In conclusion, this company took my money and disappeared. It is more a scam than a business. DON'T HIRE THEM. read more

Really amazing snow removal service, would recommend to anyone in Châteauguay. Prices are very reasonable, and the service is exceptional.
