Awful experience with Élégance Aménagement Extérieur and Jean-Michel Levesque. Overpromised and…read moreconsistently under delivered for a project that was to take a week and turned into 4+ weeks. They promised the world initially and then subcontracted and handed off work resulting in extremely poor communication, no accountability in terms of direction and final quality, and absolutely zero professionalism. Jean-Michel was hard to reach, rarely at site and handed off communication. They repeatedly had to be reminded of the work agreement and scope. At one point they even changed the layout of our stairs without confirming with us. They made a mess in the street, neighbor's driveway and left piles of pave and garbage around until they were asked to clean up after themselves. They completely destroyed the front yard and broke and killed our plants while cutting and dropping pavers where they stood. They would promise they'll finish something and then not show up until a day or two later. When something was finished it was not levelled or done as agreed, just made up as they went. A lot of pave was wasted to poor cuts and in waste pile resulting in mismatched pave needed. Equipment and supplies would be missing and when things arrived they were usually wrong (wrong pave, wrong sand, wrong compactor etc) and dropped in yard and even left out in rain. Avoid Élégance Aménagement Extérieur and Jean-Michel Levesque services at all costs!
