They no longer return phone calls or emails which makes running a business even more challenging. They provide dates to submit your return info online then extend you anyways despite meeting those deadlines and expect you to pay for the extensions even though you did your part correctly. They've missed some significant deductions the past few years and are generally not very thorough. There is a serious lack of professionalism and duty to their clients. I recommend utilizing another firm that is more engaged with their clients.

They refused to consider feedback and showed no accountability at any stage. After assuring us that tax services were included, they suddenly claimed they were "uncomfortable" working in November, right before tax season. Much of the work was outsourced anyway, and the overall professionalism was extremely poor. I do not recommend this company.
