I have since changed insurance provider and couldn't be happier with the excellent service and saving for just 1 car of 2 free months per year and over $300 a year. Do your research.

Ok fine, I called a roofer and signed a contract to get the roof replaced. They gave me the run around about sending the contract to underwriting for approval. I called numerous times requesting info on the progress. Nothing, so I switched to another SF agent. Turns out, they cancelled my policy without any information given to underwriting. That's poor customer service in my book. My new SF agent is bending over backwards to clean up Gayle's mess.
