I said I had life insurance, just not with State Farm. They quickly gave me a complete change in tone and provided an 800 #, then hung up before I could ask any more question. I have since changed insurance provider and couldn't be happier with the excellent service and saving for just 1 car of 2 free months per year and over $300 a year. Do your research.

They always make us feel like we're a priority and have walked us through several incidents. Plus, they always find us the best coverage for the best price...without us even asking. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

I called her office, and made an appointment in just a few days. Gayle and her assistant handled my transfer to State Farm in less than an hour. Ok fine, I called a roofer and signed a contract to get the roof replaced. They gave me the run around about sending the contract to underwriting for approval. I called numerous times requesting info on the progress. Nothing, so I switched to another SF agent. Turns out, they cancelled my policy without any information given to underwriting. That's poor customer service in my book. My new SF agent is bending over backwards to clean up Gayle's mess.

First, I hit a deer for the first time in my life, but the car was able to go home after, it was picked up and taken away within two hours. Roadside service took it exactly where it needed to be and I had no problems to deal with beyond the original accident. I've also been pulled out of the snow by roadside service when I got stuck in my own darn driveway! I would not drive without it, no way, no how, not happening! This is a butt saver, don't leave home without it.
