My…read morefirst time missing 2 payments, I know I shouldn't have missed them at all but I was communicating with the staff that I will be in to get caught up this week I get told that I have an additional $238 to pay for late fees and them going ahead and cutting off my locks. Now I've paid this company thousands of dollars throughout the years and the first time I get behind they are just like fuck you, here is twice the amount you owe for late fees and for cutting off your locks when we knew you would be in to pay considering I have for the last 13 years. What happened to understanding that hard times happen and to give me a chance to follow through on my word that I have without a doubt showed them that I infact do pay my bill. Yes I know, I shouldn't of been late to the point of being 50 days past due but come on I wouldn't of guessed that this company would treat me so carelessly after 13 years of unwavering business even when they continued to up the cost to store throughout the years. Considering I started paying only $29 dollars a month for my unit and now pay pay $52 for the exact same unit plus an additional unit I've been paying for for over 5 years, I'm not looking for a handout or sympathy but damn some compassion and understanding would have been nice. They didn't need to cut off my locks and charge me an additional $150 to do so. I am going in to pay tomorrow and I surely hope you guys intend on replacing my locks free of charge. I will probably stay with this company but I truly hope that if something like this happens again that they would take into consideration everything I stated above.

Posted 11 Dec, 2023-Barrett Towing charged me $465 to tow my car 22 miles (from S. Langdon Lane in…read morePittsburg to Hatfield Chevrolet in Columbus). Total the tow truck was driven: 60 miles. Charged extra for Saturday, and had a fuel surcharge when the cost of fuel is currently lowest in several years. I called to try and negotiate a reasonable fee and he offered a 10% for cash (who has $465 cash on them?). Otherwise he was firm and insisted the charge was reasonable. If you call this guy, be sure to pin down the totals of what will be charged foe services. He'll take you over the hurdles if he can.

I called and asked if they would be able to do this service and he immediately said no but then asked how far away I lived . I figured he was trying to decide if he wanted to help me or not but was making a big deal about the pricing and having to drive out and how it was going to be expensive to drive all the way over here(I'm a mile away). But when needing this service I obviously cannot move my car. He kept going back and forth on whether or not he wanted to do it or not, and I was getting very confused so I just told him thank you, and then he started to laugh at me and tell me that he didn't even discuss a price yet. I apologized because I guess maybe there was a miscommunication because I thought he was not willing to do it, but he did not care what I had to say and hung up on me while laughing. Wasn't a huge deal, but pretty obvious to me this is not a nice person at all, and just wanted to overcharge me for a simple service. If you need help with anything to do with this stuff or towing pls pls do not call them they do not deserve peoples hard earned money! Pls do not give them your time not good people !
